Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de metrô República. Ótimo chuveiro, cama confortável. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis, especialmente o senhor Daniele da recepção.

Cons:

O último andar, onde ficava meu quarto não é atendido pelo elevador, então é preciso subir escadas. O quarto não conta com cafeteira.

Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo de Termini e com facil acesso a vários pontos de ônibus. Além disso, é possível fazer vários passeios a pé e os arredores tem várias opções de refeição.
O quatro foi bem de acordo com as fotos e os funcionários foram muito cordiais conosco.

Cons:

Upon our arrival at the hotel late at night,we were denied access to our room despite having a valid reservation. Furthermore we were not even allowed to leave our luggage at the reception area,and the reception staff behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
As a result,we were forced to pay an additional fee and book another room to avoid being left without accommodation for the night.
This situation caused both unnecessary expenses and significant inconvenience.
At check~out we also asked to pay an additional city tax.
However,after we showed the price listed on Booking.com which already included the city tax,the staff accepted the correct amount. This created the impression that they where attempting to charge us more than required and potentially mislead guests.
Overall, we where highly dissatisfied with the level of service,the attitude of the reception staff,and the way these issuse were handled. We expected a much more professional approach from the hotel

Great stay and customer service.
Pros:

Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The location is highly convenient for taking the train or metro. While it sits on a street corner that isn't in a main tourist area, it's just a small, quiet pocket right next to everything.

Für eine Städtereise (man hält sich ja nur Nachts darin auf) ausreichend aber auch nicht mehr.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut und sehr zentral. Das Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Reinigungspersonal und Personal beim Frühstück eher unmotiviert und teils auch unfreundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten eines der älteren (nicht renovierten) Zimmer im 5. Stock. Das Badezimmer ist veraltet und unpraktisch, die Klimaanlage war ständig kaputt (verlor literweise Wasser) was jedoch vom freundlichen und sehr engagierten Hausmeister ständig zu reparieren versucht wurde .
