Not recommended
Pros:

Hotel advertised a pool, which is the main reason for booking the hotel. However the pool isn’t open and hasn’t been open for sometime.

On entering the room the light in the door entrance did not work, also the tv did not work. On speaking to the reception she dismissed the light and said the tv works just turn it on and off. Therefore this is a known Issue and has never been fixed for each customer.

customer service top notch!
Pros:

last minute booking. our delayed flight caused us to miss our connection. lately customer service everywhere has taken a massive blow. called to see if we'd be able to get in a little early and the desk that answered the phone was so warm and kind. room was clean, every staff we came in contact with was kind and so ready to nap. listed this as my go to as we go through SeaTac all the time. special thanks to Ash who even followed up through text after check in! mahalo mahalo mahalo!

Great stay especially considering value!
Pros:

the male staff member when we checked in was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and comfortable, plus quiet!

Cons:

the female staff member at check in did not appear very friendly and was difficult to communicate with. accessibility to local dining was limited. The free transportation was "good" but only went to a few limited places, none of which were locations we would prefer when visiting a new city. The UBER to the nearest shopping mall, with activiites and food, was very expensive.

Pros:

Great location, very close to the airport. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Great breakfast for the value.

Cons:

Since it’s very close to the airport you can hear the planes all the time. More isolating windows would help. Paid parking.

空港に行くシャトルバスを予約したので5分前に行ったら席がなかった(結局、譲ってくれた方がいた)。予約制でないならば、早めに乗り場に行ったので、そう言って欲しい。

Very frustrating trying to get there, room was very nice.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, good variety. Close to the airport.

Cons:

Called for a shuttle to the hotel from the airport. No one ever answered. Called 5+ times. Ended up getting a lyft to the hotel. Front desk was extremely busy with only one worker. She was great but overwhelmed. Could definitely had used some help. Elevator located at the far end of the hotel. Our room was at the opposite end. Would have made more sense to place them in the middle.

Perfect for a stay close to the airport
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms and lobby were really clean, the staff were attentive and kind, and the bed was really comfortable. We had an early flight and there’s a free airport shuttle and hot coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

It’s an airport hotel, so just keep in mind that you’re next to a bunch of other airport hotels and your view is likely of a parking lot.
