Not up to Hilton Quality

Location is great for flying out of SEA TAC.

Cons:

Lobby area had AC off and instead was using a fan. The employee said they don’t use the AC. It was stuffy and smelled musty. Everything here seemed as though they were cutting corners, not like most Hampton Inns. There was a whole in the outside wall near the air conditioner, which would only stay on for 5 min at a time. It was squeaking so loud we needed ear plugs to sleep. The bathroom had tiles that recessed when you stepped on them. Trim and wallpaper was lifting like water damage or mold. Breakfast was okay, but didn’t have all the normal Hampton Inn choices.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with a clean room and a good breakfast.
Pros:

The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean with no noise. The breakfast was okay for a light start. Front lobby area is smaller than I expected but ok since we only stayed one night. Overall, a good place to stay.

Pros:

Hotel advertised a pool, which is the main reason for booking the hotel. However the pool isn’t open and hasn’t been open for sometime.

On entering the room the light in the door entrance did not work, also the tv did not work. On speaking to the reception she dismissed the light and said the tv works just turn it on and off. Therefore this is a known Issue and has never been fixed for each customer.

customer service top notch!
Pros:

last minute booking. our delayed flight caused us to miss our connection. lately customer service everywhere has taken a massive blow. called to see if we'd be able to get in a little early and the desk that answered the phone was so warm and kind. room was clean, every staff we came in contact with was kind and so ready to nap. listed this as my go to as we go through SeaTac all the time. special thanks to Ash who even followed up through text after check in! mahalo mahalo mahalo!

Great stay especially considering value!
Pros:

the male staff member when we checked in was incredibly friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and comfortable, plus quiet!

Cons:

the female staff member at check in did not appear very friendly and was difficult to communicate with. accessibility to local dining was limited. The free transportation was "good" but only went to a few limited places, none of which were locations we would prefer when visiting a new city. The UBER to the nearest shopping mall, with activiites and food, was very expensive.
