Good Value, Great Location
Pros:

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The staff were communicative, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, making the check-in process and overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The sleeper couch mattress was quite thin and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well. We also found that the shower curtain didn’t provide enough coverage, making it difficult to shower without water ending up on the bathroom floor.

Hidden gem in peaceful setting
Pros:

Charming, well-equipped apartment with lovely, tranquil shared garden. Great village location with restaurants very close by. Just a mile to Pena Palace and to Sintra historic district (can walk though quite steep, or use bus, uber or tuk-tuk). Very helpful, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Sehr schöne Stadt, uriges Hotel mit vielen Mängeln, schlechter Service!
Pros:

Schöne Terrasse und Garten, das Bett war okay.

Cons:

Sehr einfache Ausstattung, ziemlich kleine Wohneinheit. Bescheidenes Frühstück, übler Geruch im Frühstücksraum (hier wohnte scheinbar die Katze), kein Parkplatz, kein Shuttle, kein Room-Service.
Sehr laut (auch nachts) wegen einem Fest direkt vor dem Hotel!

Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Schöner Innenhof.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Appartement mit zwei Doppelbetten, welches im Untergeschoss liegt. Dieses hat eindeutig ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Alles war extrem feucht, auch die Bettlaken. Wir haben daher tatsächlich überlegt gleich wieder umzuziehen. Auch die Dusche und das WC waren alles andere als komfortabel. Leider die schlechteste Unterkunft, in der wir je waren.

Ottima location, carina e conveniente
Pros:

La location molto comoda, soprattutto per chi arriva in macchina, senza problemi di traffico o di aree a traffico limitato, con ampio parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla struttura, e presenza di ristoranti e caffè in zona, raggiungibili a piedi in pochissimi minuti; anche alcune delle maggiori attrazioni dell'area (castello e palazzo de Pena) sono raggiungibili a piedi in poche decine di minuti (nb: percorsi non pianeggianti).
Inoltre la signora Joana è molto gentile e disponibile.

Adorei a estadia no Storytellers, tudo funcionou maravilhosamente; fomos muito bem recebidos, o espaço é muito bonito, acolhedor. Toda a gente muito simpática e acessível. Recomendo!

Pros:

Lovely place. Wish we had more time in Sintra, so much to see! Amazing nature walks and architecture, we “only” saw Pena palace and Regaleria, both absolutely stunning.
