A great stay with a truly thoughtful host
Pros:

We had a really great stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the location worked really well for exploring Sintra.

The best part was definitely the host, Joana. We had a pretty chaotic start to the trip because our flight was cancelled, and she was incredibly kind and helpful from the beginning. Even during the stay, whenever our plans changed, she always tried to help and find a solution. It really felt like she cared about making sure we had a good stay.

There were also lots of little touches that made the place feel special, the location has friendly cat that is definetely a bonus, very cute 😄

Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Sintra.

Esperábamos más por la nota que tiene

Ubicación cómoda. El parking genial para aparcar enfrente..

Cons:

Nos alojamos en el estudio pequeño situado justo en la entrada y, sinceramente, la experiencia dejó bastante que desear.

Nada más entrar había un olor a humedad muy fuerte. En mi caso, además, soy alérgica a la humedad, así que fue especialmente desagradable.

La cama era bastante dura e incómoda. La ducha tampoco desaguaba correctamente y, con un uso completamente normal, el agua terminaba saliendo hacia la cocina, que está justo enfrente. Por el estado de la zona, parecía un problema que venía de antes (ver foto)

La alfombrilla del baño era más bien un felpudo de entrada, bastante desagradable para usar al salir de la ducha.

La puerta de entrada era completamente de cristal y solo estaba cubierta por una cortina, lo que no nos daba demasiada sensación de privacidad ni seguridad.

Además, la tapa del inodoro no era del tamaño correcto y se movía completamente cada vez que nos sentábamos.

Por último, dejamos el cartel solicitando la limpieza de la habitación y nadie entró a limpiarla.

Es posible que otras habitaciones tengan mejores condiciones, pero al menos el estudio en el que nos alojamos necesita bastante más mantenimiento y cuidado.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Acomodação muito confortável e limpa, com excelente localização e estacionamento à porta. Joana foi muito solícita no checkin e durante toda a estadia.

Pros:

Puiki vieta, jaukus vidinis kiemas. Labai geri pusryčiai, malonus personalas. Labai greitai atsakoma į klausimus. Nemokama stovėjimo aikštelė.
