The people at the front desk and the house keeping people was nice
The location wasnt terrible
The hotel itself feels unsafe walking up the stairs as they list to one side, the room had mould in the bathroom and cracked floors, and despite booking a four person room we were issued a single yale key as the previously installed key card system didnt work. Access into the hotel at any time of day relied on ringing a buzzer and awaiting being noticed by the reception team - this meant on multiple occasions over the weekend us standing in the street for 5-10 minutes ringing repeatedly.
The hotel staff also refused to hold the key at the front desk so it could be passed between the four of us staying and at one point despite preregistration of all guests on their portal refused to allow two of our number up to the room.until we physically came down at 3am.
The hotel also rang the rooms at half 4 in the morning to demand that we change the id on file, as the person who paid the room and gave their id was not the named main guest (in a 4 person room with the other guests details provided) and their manager would be upset by this the next day, and summoned us down to resolve their issue.
Despite being on the third floor the noise levels were ridiculous and it was extremely difficult to sleep - the property should consider investing in double glazing or sound insulation
Overall an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay, and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone

The loud music from outside. My room had a big window located next to beer garden . I dont think the room should even be available. Shower was weak and took long time to warm up.
