I was very upset about the parking

Location was good. Close to the river.

Cons:

Staff weren't overly helpful. Parking sucked. Room layout was wierd with some random tiny hallway to a window in our room. Taps were also strange

Staff were amazing, friendly and so accommodating and helpful.
The room was lovely and clean and nicely presented

Cons:

I’ll sleep in arrangements we’re not comfortable. The mattress was not nice to sleep on not not much sleep was had.

I stay here every year when over for the gift fair. Shadowplay is my go to accommodation.
Pros:

Easy walking distance to the exhibition centre. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean. Good choice at breakfast. Friendly staff. The foyer smells divine.
