excellently located to the docklands and crown casino complex. great open space and the reception was very kind in checking our bedding configuration was suitable to 3 staff members.

Pros:

Absolutely stunning views and great location for cbd. The hotel facilities are fantastic and room was gorgeous. The staff were also super accommodating for our wedding party and made the experience so smooth!

The staffs are very friendly but when you just walk in the property see rubbish bottle and leavs on the floor is not goo
Pros:

The room got fridge washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

The shower hot water takes time to heat up and easily get cold when you turn on a little bit cold water button. The sink is blocked even we only stay there 10 hours

Staying at the hotel was uncomfortable

Nothing really disappointing

Cons:

Didn’t like the attitude received by the staff member that checked us in - was told a room wasn’t ready for us when I requested an earlier check in - the the staff member ended up giving us a room that wasn’t a deluxe room - felt scammed
Room serves food was cold after waiting over an hour for food to arrive
