The WORST HOTEL
Pros:

Staff is the worst i have ever to deal with
Every single morning , is a humiliating experience at the dining room entrance. Staff asking our family members their exact names, room number. And worst of all, embarassing us all by not letting us in!!!!!!!!!

I would love to come back and stay here again
Pros:

I love it here, it was a rest staycation for me and I achieved it at this hotel…
Staff were helpful and decent,
Food is superb, we tried the room service, the restaurant and the cafe all have excellent service and the food high quality
The rooms are very nice too, the bed is very comfortable, we had very good sleep.
Location is at the center of the city with lots of restaurant in surrounding area, and a mall in front

Cons:

We are placed at the third floor, the upstairs is quite noisy, with sounds of furniture moving around, there were loud running and thumping sounds, this was in the afternoon and also in the evening… I don’t know if the upstairs was an event place or what..

In the afternoon I was alone, my husband left for a while I was about to take a nap..
then there were knocks on my door twice!!!
considering I have DND on my door…
Well I called and they have it investigated it was from the other room… who mistaken my room!!!

All the staff were courteous in disturbing, they would call first before knocking..

Nice peaceful hotel
Pros:

I liked the way I arrived at the monarch hotel,the staff open the door said hello to me,that made me happy,the reception staff were very good indeed,it only took me 5 mins to check in,we went upto our room on the 3rd floor it was very nice indeed,the bathroom was good with shower gel and shampoo,the bed was so comfortable and to sleep in,we had breakfast that was lovely, it was a nice comfortable hotel to stay at. Leo who cleaned out room everyday was very good at his job, everything I asked for he got for me.

Cons:

Could of had a few more western channels on the TV,with the breakfast, could of had some bacon, sausages, and a few french pastries like crossiants.

Relaxing and very happy with the money I spent.
Pros:

The value for the money. It was nice, clean and spacious accommodations. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating to our requests.
