Pros:

Location was very good. Adjoining restaurant served excellent food. Waiters were friendly and helpful. The window AC in our room just didn't cool the room at 18. We were too tired to complain in the night when possibly we may have been asked to shift. We sweated through the night. Told the morning person at the desk about it. Restaurant serves excellent filter coffee. The turn into the hotel is not easy to spot

Pleasant
Pros:

Hotel is centrally located with good ambience

Cons:

Though restaurant is there, there is no south indian thali which is badly needed. Further, room boy service should be there.
