Literally nothing
it was gross with wet stains on the beds/sheets and mirrors that werent cleaned, they don’t have a working kitchen so if you pay for breakfast good luck getting refunded, my cousin found a poop in her toilet and a used condom on the bed, none of the safes work, and the door handle in my brothers room broke. Worst of all, my room was BROKEN IN TO via the balcony whilst I was away and the hotel has yet to claim responsibility for the lack of security, and has yet to issue a refund promised to me for the remainder of my nights stay.

The hotel needs a few repairs
I Booked and paid for an executive room I was give a small double room extremely noisy had the droan of trains levaing every 5 minutes unable to sleep, Requested a continental breakfast day before as advised to book on website no longer avaivable staff were not able to advise where I could get breakfast. Had to purchase water to drink from supermarket, no fridge in room as shown in executive choice. Exposed concrete missing archatraving around door surrounds , broken plinths on wardrobes in need of refurbishment In my estimation this is a 2 star hotel maximum I didn't expect this standard for £360.00 no dinning facilities.
The room extrem ley basic and noisy, no breakfast or dinning facilities
The location was good with regards to central Putney and access to the Thames
The room entrance light didn’t work so we couldn’t see into the wardrobe, the curtains were torn and poorly fitting, the bathroom sink ply didn’t work so had to run water whilst shaving, the bathroom door didn’t slide properly (extremely stiff), the area behind the bathroom sliding door was dirty with rotten wood, the shower hose was rusty and stained, the air conditioning didn’t work for 3 nights out of our 4 night stay (F5 fault), i was unable to contact any staff member during our stay either by phone or in the main reception as the entrance desk was always unstaffed when we came and left the hotel. The decor was also drab.
This hotel is a gem and we have already booked again! The room faced the front busy road but was so quiet. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great; only soap is provided not shampoo. And the price is amazing! The hotel is very close to Putney main line station and a short walk to East Putney tube.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for our needs.
The bathroom had a sliding door that didn't open properly, the light just inside the door was on a motion sensor so if anyone got up I. The night to use the bathroom, the whole bedroom was illuminated.
Breakfast was promised at time of booking, and breakfast was listed on the instruction sheet given to us at check in. However, there was no breakfast of any kind and the restaurant was closed.
No breakfast and surly front desk staff. Claimed I did not have a reservation. Good thing I had printed my confirmation before coming to London.
