The location was great for visiting my friends in Putney. It was close to thr tube and all the restaurants, bars and shops. The staff seemed very nice too.
The shower was bad, it leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet roll holder came apart in my hand the first time I used it. It all felt a bit tired.
Excellent courteous manner of A? on reception. He was so polite, courteous and resolved a bedding query we has smoothly and without fuss. A very enjoyable experience all round. Thank you!
We were in room number 301, we left our phone charger plugged into a socket. Please can this be mailed back to us? I shall also call hotel today to request the same.
Flight landed at 8am so was very early to the hotel for check in, the receptionist helped me out and asked the cleaner if any rooms were ready early so I didn’t have to wait for hours with all my luggage. Absolutely MADE my day! Thanks so much!
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room.
Two important things missing- shower curtain, caused the floor to get very wet and drenched in the bathroom

It is a great location for accessing transport to other areas of London. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Priya.
There is no doubt that some areas need some TLC most notably the carpets in the rooms but it is clean (there is a superwoman cleaner 😊) and great staff

The hotel is very close to the train station and lots of restaurants and shops around it.
The lift is slow
Good location and to be fair the rooms are very plesant and large for the money spent.
The staff although friendly did not seem to care much about the guests. Our room had no working toilet/shower door which we reported and the staff just acknowledged the door was broken before we checkin and did nothing at all not one thing. Then also we showed up 10 min before checking and they sent us away saying come back in 10 which was not very polite considering our room key was on the desk
