We were very impressed with the Theodore all together and would definitely stay there again if we were in Seattle again!
The only issue was the layout of the bathroom, the placement of the light switch was outside of the bathroom and the seal on the shower door was not the best, so water got all over the floor.
Relaxing and allowed me to rest well before the work day
What a lovely experience -- from easy check-in, to the nice upgrade to a suite (booked through AMEX), to the clean and efficient gym. The hotel is stylish and sophisticated, but not pretentious or precious. Excellent location walkable to Pike Place Market and retail options galore.
A really nice hotel. Great staff. Little kids cafe downstairs runs out of food around 8 so go early if you want food. Bar next door has great food and beverages. Close to rail system and convention center. Quiet rooms.
Hotel Theodore is an older hotel but is excellently located in Seattle. 5-10 minute walk to the Public Market and adjacent to Westlake shopping and transportation. Bar and restaurant on site. Bar staff was friendly and accommodating. Coffee shop had excellent coffee and pastries in the morning. Rooms were very small, bathroom was probably smallest bathroom we'd ever seen in a hotel, we all joked that it was preparing us for our cruise bathroom, which was bigger BTW. For a longer term stay just be aware of room size and luggage storage. For a night or two the location trumps the room size. Would return to for another short stay.
Great staff. Great location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will 100% stay here again!
Top 5 Hilton Hotel from a Lifetime Diamond member.
A nice old historic hotel in a great area of downtown Seattle. Comfortable rooms and a nice coffee shop in the lobby.
Great atmosphere and location. Quiet, nice room, clean, great service and amenities. Would recommend this hotel!
The hotel staff was very attentive. Thank you.
The location is great. My room was small , however the quality of bed and cleanliness is very high rate.
Nice hotel and location. Helpful staff. Rooms were a bit small with no place to work on my computer. Attached restaurant/bar is good.
Very nice historic hotel, great rooms , very dog and electric car friendly
Hotel is in a great location. It was a 10 minute walk to the pier.
It was very clean. Staff was friendly.
Quaint motif. Rooms were a little small, but it wasn't too bad.
The price was very reasonable as well. I would stay here again.
Location and decor was good
Our room was too small. I bumped my head several times on the tv and there was no floor space once cases were out. No dressing table for makeup etc . We paid around $1000 for 2 nights yet they still charged for water in the rooms.
The headboard was ripped which spoilt the look of the room and should not be in a high end hotel.
I recently stayed at Hotel Theodore in Seattle on a business trip and had a great experience.
I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade on arrival, which was a nice touch after traveling. The room was comfortable and well-suited for work.
The location is a major plus—just a short walk to the Seattle Convention Center, making it very convenient for meetings. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the waterfront is only a quick 5–7 minute drive away.
Overall, I’d highly recommend it for business travelers looking for comfort and convenience.
Kind stuff, clean room, great coffee and an excellent location. What else do you need?
Good location. Not so great service. Tiny bathroom.
Great location and well decorated, comfortable rooms! Will def be back!
