Hotel Theodore Seattle Downtown, Tapestry by Hilton

Stayed for conference at convention center. Great location!!! Staff was great. Wine hour from 5-6 was an unexpected surprise!!! Coffee shop was great. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was small but manageable!!! Would stay again!!!

The location, atmosphere, cleanliness, and service were outstanding. Definitely will book a stay again.

Fabulous location for exploring Seattle. Just down Pike or Pine to the Pike Street Market. Two blocks from the monorail to go to Seattle Place for the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens. Our room was wonderful, too.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and this was my first time back since they were bought by Hilton 6 or so months ago. It feels like an immediate downgrade. The touches that made this hotel my favorite in Seattle have disappeared, for example, swapping Aqua Panna ($7) for Dasani ($3), downgraded toiletries, and more obvious wear in the rooms. It’s still a good hotel and service is excellent, but if you’ve stayed here before (though you probably wouldn’t be looking at reviews), it’s definitely not as nice as it once was. It’s more corporate feeling than I remembered.

The location was why I'm rating it so high. Also the staff (especially) at the front desk were the best in class! The bathroom is on the smaller side, so this is a "watch out" for bigger individuals although it did not affect me. Also there were some cosmetic challenges (extremely chipped headboards) and a lot of dirty dishes in the hall which is unusual for the Tapestry brand. So without the location and front desk, I'd give it a 3 out of 5.

Perfect location for one night in Seattle with a friend and her daughter. Walkable, safe, restaurant and coffee convenience

Wonderful boutique hotel near everything in Belltown. Good amenities and coffee shop. Very restful stay. Wish we could have gone to “The Rider” bar/ restaurant. Make sure to use valet. Nearby parking garage not worth it.

Very conveniently located hotel near a lot of what you come to see and experience in Seattle. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. The Bathroom is way too small. One small glass shelf to hold all your toiletries was very inadequate and should be addressed. Restaurant Service was inconsistent. Coffee stand I tried once but didn’t have very good service so Starbucks across the street worked out better.

Location is perfect proximity to the Convention Center, Summit building. I was just there for a night the front desk staff was pleasant at check in and departure. I had an ADA room that was perfect. I guess if I had to say anything, it was on the third floor and I had a view of a roof, but I arrived closer to bed time so not a big deal. I wanted a comfortable bed and a roomy! bathroom that was ADA compliant. There was plenty of space. The bed was extremely comfortable including the bedding and pillows! I turned down the thermostat and got a great night sleep. This morning I grabbed coffee and a sandwich at their coffee stand. Staff there also extremely friendly. Leaving made me wish I could have stayed a little longer but had an event at the Summit Convention Center. I thought I would utilize their parking but I parked at 809 Olive Way just a block away as I had things to carry to event.

Cute hotel. Very small bathroom, no room at all for vanity items. And that was in one of the last suites!!!

Staff very nice. Great restaurant and nice breakfast bar.

I’m a Hilton guy. First time staying here since it became a Hilton property late 2025. We will Absolutely stay here again!
Great rooms, great location near theater and restaurants, and great staff.
Bar/restaurant is fantastic for just hanging out and chilling.

Great boutique hotel in a super location. We stayed coming and going for a cruise. The place is unique, affordable, clean and within walking distance to pike’s Place and the light rail and monorail.

Great stay. Overall loved it. Some feedback. FIX THE ELEVATORS!! Way way way too long of a wait for elevators. Also, front desk staff also doing valet service had me waiting to check out and waiting 15 mins for my car in the morning. Please fix this.
