From the very first moment, the team made us feel genuinely welcome.

What impressed us the most was not that everything was perfect from the start, but the way every single request was handled. Any question or concern was addressed almost immediately, with professionalism, courtesy, and a sincere desire to help.

The hotel team went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. They kindly provided an additional room for our little daughter to rest before our flight, and they even covered the cost of our airport taxi. Such gestures are rare and show a true commitment to guest satisfaction.

The location is excellent, the atmosphere is elegant, and the staff truly care about their guests. That level of service is what makes a hotel memorable.

A special thank you to the entire team for their responsiveness, generosity, and outstanding hospitality. We would be delighted to stay here again and can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Great hotel in the perfect location ! Across from Tuileries Gardens, right near The Louvre, lotsa bars, restaurants and shops nearby and only a few stops on the metro to other major attractions...you can see the Eiffel Tower from The Tuileries ..lovely at night !
Hotel staff were brilliant and friendly...they arranged a lovely birthday surprise for our daughter in our room on arrival ...just perfect 😊...will definitely stay there again next time in Paris.

Some of the best of Paris at your doorstep.
Pros:

The location and air-conditioning were the main reason we selected this hotel, and it did not disappoint. Walking distance to so many things and being able to cross the road and sit in the Tuileries Gardens at any time was amazing. City views from the 4thand 2nd floor were stunning. The double deluxe room was very small for 2 adults but that is expected in an older hotel. The Jr. Suite our 3 daughters stayed in was a good size. The staff was lovely, the room and hotel were clean and charming. I highly recommend.

Cons:

There were no useable outlets near the bed, which was a little frustrating.
