Well appointed rooms, with nice interiors, and very clean. Beautiful bathrooms. Welcome gift was a lovely tote bag, a tiny bag of sweets and packets of nuts which they replenished each day. They serve a complimentary tea with delicious home made cakes at tea time each day in the lobby/lounge. Housekeeping is great. Reception staff is wonderful. Staff in the breakfast room are all so so nice.

Cons:

The pillows could definitely be better quality. Though the linen was top notch.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel im Herzen von Paris!
Pros:

Hotel mit optimaler Lage im Herzen von Paris, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Louvre. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, äußerst freundliches Personal! Für Pariser Verhältnisse recht geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Dooppelbett und sauberem Badezimmer.

Cons:

Leider war das ansonsten sehr ruhige Zimmer nicht gegen die Geräusche der Reinigungskraft abgeschottet, die am Sonntagmorgen auf dem Flur herumwerkelte. Der zudem äußerst beengte Frühstückraum mit weitgehend abgegrastem Frühstücksbuffet trübte den ansonsten positiven Eindruck des Hauses etwas.

Annual Parisian getaway... best one yet.
Pros:

From arrival and the offered glass of champagne, our entire stay was enjoyable and relaxed. A highlight was the city view from our room on floor 5. From the Louvre back around to the Eifel Tower. Stunning. The room was a very good size for Paris and was spotlessly clean. All the staff are friendly and as helpful as they could be. The location is ideal for central Paris and is just opposite the wooden pedestrian bridge over the river for easy access to some of the museums. The hotel is quiet for such a location as traffic is limited here. Wi-Fi worked great.

Cons:

The Breakfast room is "cosy" with close furniture. However there was always a free table and the buffet is extensive and good quality.
