Pros:

The staff is very nice!!! Accommodating as well

Cons:

The rooms weren’t as clean as it should’ve been. I had to wipe down myself and request some cleaning items from housekeeping

It was great, clean and convenient
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Darius was awesome, he was polite, kind, and helpful. He really lit up the lobby with such calm positive demeanor!

Jacksonville trip
Pros:

From check-in to check-out everyone was so helpful and kind.

Cons:

Waiting to be picked up at airport. Apparently there was a traffic detour the van had to take. A text explaining would have been helpful.

I would try it again! It isn’t easy to get that “just right” bed these days!
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable with an array of different pillows. The linens were decent quality as well. The AC got nice and cold and the sleep was great!

Cons:

A guest several doors down decided to step just outside his door in the hallway and grab a quick smoke around 3 am. We probably wouldn’t have noticed if he didn’t start coughing loudly.
