The air conditioning is cheap and sounds like a freight train. So we turned it off, and our room got really hot….because it’s Florida. Bad.
Clean, airport shuttle available, breakfast
We stayed one night and checked out but our vehicle we were buying in Tampa was not ready so had to book another night and thought that they would give is a discount for coming back within a few hours but no even more expensive

This hotel had a shuttle not only for the airport but for a concert that was nearby at Tampa stadium. It dropped us off and picked us up and the driver was amazing!
The only complain was that the bathroom sink would smell once you ran water.
Breakfast was quite good. Nothing extraordinary, but it had everything you'd expect. Very convenient access to the airport.
The bathroom door offers little privacy. Barn door style, which left a gap you can see through when "closed" and not great for families.
Distance from Airport, overall cleanliness
Even after offering a shuttle to nearby shops, I was told to wait to avoid traffic. Also one of the front desk employees had very limited information. When I asked to extend she said she can't do and I had to do separate bookings, later the manager told me it could have been done. Lack of clarity on front dezk
been there many times in prep for early morning flights. Easy in easy out. Breakfast was early enough to reach early flights. Parking outside with close access to car.
Good shuttle service to start off with. Call the hotel when you get to the hotel shuttle area which is on the ground floor of the main terminal. The place is apparently the 16th Hampton Inn ever. Yes it is old but a goody. Comfortable bed, microwave and fridge. Very reasonably priced and ok for a few nights stay. There is a great mexican taco shop Loli and several other restaurants 5 mins away on foot.

When asked housekeeping a question in the hallway they were not able to help me because they only spoke spanish. Bed was comfortable. Husband liked the eggs for breakfast. Front desk personal were very helpful but very busy
Our flight was canceled at 1:30, Hampton Inn Tampa airport was able to provide us a room- very clean, comfortable bed, and complimentary water! Mark was an amazing shuttle driver- he took us to Westshore Plaza so we could get a bite to eat and drove us back to the airport the next day. Would totally recommend this location and Mark the shuttle driver!
Left to early for breakfast but was offered a bg meal was giving water when we arrived and so convenient to airport
My stay was wonderful! Halle and Anna were so nice and welcoming. The shuttle information they gave was such a blessing to us. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was so sweet. The housekeepers were awesome! Keep up the good work!
Went to BTS concert and hotel offered free transport there and back. Breakfast was full and delicious! I would stay again!
