This hotel is a complete SCAM, it has no Air Conditioning and they have the rooms at 30 degrees Celsius, we were sweating in all rooms without any possibility of sleep, the hotel staff is fully aware of this so they try to scam you by showing you the thermostat that is set to 24 Celsius no matter how hot the room gets they point to it and say, perfect temperature.
When we told them to give us our money back and we wanted to leave they made it impossible to let booking cancel the remaining nights, they have about 100 fans they offer you as only solution and they are noise AF. The staff was so rude and the neighborhood is so nasty and desolate. Just skip this hotel.


這家飯店簡直就是個騙局！沒有空調，房間溫度卻高達攝氏30度，我們每個房間都熱得汗流浹背，根本睡不著。飯店員工對此心知肚明，卻還試圖矇騙我們，他們會指著溫度計說“溫度完美”，實際上溫度一直設在攝氏24度。
當我們要求退款離開時，他們百般阻撓，根本不可能取消剩餘的房晚。他們只提供大約100台風扇作為唯一的解決方案，而這些風扇噪音震耳欲聾。


このホテルは完全な詐欺です。エアコンが全く機能しておらず、客室の室温は30度にも達していました。どの部屋にいても汗が止まらず、一睡もできませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはこの状況を完全に把握しているにもかかわらず、宿泊客を騙そうとします。たとえ部屋がどれほど暑くなろうとも、彼らはサーモスタットが24度に設定されていることを指し示し、「完璧な温度だ」と言い張るのです。
返金を求めて退室したいと申し出た際も、彼らはBooking.com経由での残りの宿泊分のキャンセル手続きを一切認めようとしませんでした。唯一の解決策として貸し出される扇風機が100台ほど用意されていますが、その騒音たるや、耳を塞ぎたくなるほど酷いものです。スタッフの態度は極めて無礼で、周辺エリアの環境も劣悪かつ荒廃しています。このホテルは絶対に避けるべきです。

Por mucho calor que haga en la habitación, señalan el termostato a 24 grados e insisten en que es la "temperatura perfecta".

Cuando pedí un reembolso y poder irme, se negaron a permitirme cancelar las noches restantes a través de Booking.com. La única solución que ofrecen son unos 100 ventiladores, pero el ruido que hacen es tan insoportable que dan ganas de taparse los oídos.

Cuando pedí un reembolso y poder irme, se negaron a permitirme cancelar las noches restantes a través de Booking.com. La única solución que ofrecen son unos 100 ventiladores, pero el ruido que hacen es tan insoportable que dan ganas de taparse los oídos. La actitud del personal es extremadamente grosera y la zona de los alrededores está en mal estado y deteriorada. Deberían evitar este hotel a toda costa.

When I asked for a refund so I could leave, they refused to let me cancel my remaining nights through Booking.com. The only solution they offer is a bunch of fans—about 100 of them—but the noise they make is so unbearable that you just want to cover your ears. The staff's attitude is extremely rude, and the surrounding area is in poor condition and run-down. You should avoid this hotel at all costs.

Tamanho do quarto, pequeno.

上海天氣很不穩定，這幾天有下雨，開窗房間也是有點悶，目前尚未提供冷氣，所以想說開空調送風，讓空氣至少可以流通，卻一直飄來煙味，後來發現會有客人在電梯那抽煙，不知道是不是這原因，住了3天，都是一樣的狀況，之前住過北京東直門智選，感受很好，這次卻有點小失望
