Pros:

This is my third time staying at this property, I love it!
Even though I am there for business, it's still refreshing and relaxing!!
I want to give a shout out to Fernando, he is so friendly, joyful and helpful..I had a bit of a problem paying the taxi driver, Fernando recognized my distress and walked me thru the whole process of getting the driver onto my Zelle account and paying him..I was just to nervous to figure it out myself...what a gem he is and everytime I saw him after that he was always a joy!!

Great Hotel Five Stars
Pros:

In love with this pocket of Coral Gables. Right on the Campus of The University of Miami. My Daughter is here for a summer program at The Univ. Fernando and the Staff has made us feel at home everyday we've been here. Hospitality and rooms are top noch. My fav spot to hang is Ivy roof bar ( Staff is amazing Devon the best) by the pool. Food is also fantastic. My stay was little over 3 weeks. Highly recommended.

Magic time in Miami
Pros:

We really enjoyed our week at the Thesis, the bedroom was excellent , big room 2 cozy beds and nice shower room. We were well looked after by the staff ,they were all great, Particular mention to Ellie at reception who helped me recover my case, which had been left in Paris airport en route from Edinburgh. Also Victor the barman, he was really friendly and poured some lovely drinks.
The food is really good in both restaurants, particularly the spare ribs.
the only negative thing is the pool bar is closed every Sunday and Monday.

Great Hotel to Tour U Miami
Pros:

Beautiful hotel to tour U Miami. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the roof top pool and wish we spent more time there. The area of Coral Gabels is adorable.

Fantastic customer service
Pros:

Had some issues with parking and keys, inaccurate check out date on one room. At the front desk Eli checked us in and also was there upon checkout. She was so helpful, professional, warm and welcoming. Best customer service we have had perhaps ever. Keep her around!!

Pros:

Where do I begin Rick and Fernando realized that I had had one of the worst days ever and made sure that my night improved. From the glass of champagne on check in to making sure that I personally got to the elevator and my room. It was above and beyond. I will def be back and ask for them

It was a wonderful stay but more of a splurge
Pros:

Very nice and clean, it was in the perfect location for what we came for. The staff was wonderful and gave us great family fun recommendations since we came with our 2 year old.

Cons:

It’s very expensive and it wasn’t their fault but the weather didn’t allow us to use the pool area which was a bummer!

Perfect stay, awesome service!
Pros:

I had the pleasure of staying at THEsis for a corporate event. The room was clean and comfortable, and the event was really fun - our group played Padel, with terrific food and beverage service.

Fernando and the team at THEsis took great care of us before, during and after the event.

I am looking forward to my next trip there, and would hold an event there anyway!

Team Fernando
Pros:

My sons and I and our extended family - brother sister in law, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandma and grandpa has the most wonderful weekend celebrating a special family occasion. The food, customer service, pool, rooms and overall vibe and experience was beyond excellent. The costumer service was top notch and so personalized. Fernando treated us like we were his personal guests.
