We were there less than 12 hours. The 6 of us took 2 rooms and there were no complaints. We would definitely use them again.
The only issue I saw was that the breakfast area was small and crowed; especially the little area you got your food. The counter is so crowded, there isn't a place to put your plate while you put the food on your plate. Consequently I saw a plate of food fall to the ground.
It was very spacious and the location was superb. Being by the airport and I wasn't able to notice was a great thing. Slept like a baby.

My room was dirty and I had to sit in lobby for 1 1/2 hours while the cleaned it, we found lube by the pillow. And they took 15.00 off my bill we didn't get in room until almost 9
We needed to extend our stay and the receptionist ensured we remained in the same room for convenience and less disruption.
Laundry room machines inoperative, we needed to use the laundry room at the Hampton Inn & Suites across the road.
The hotel is in a nice, safe area. Despite being close to the airport, noise isn't really an issue. The breakfast is nice, but when it gets crowded, they can run out of tables and food items.
However, the hotel is very busy and high-traffic, so there is always a lot of hustle and bustle.
The location was great, room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful.
not a lot of space to eat we had to eat in our room one day because there was no seats in the dining area, pool didn’t feel heated it was really cold, parking was super difficult in a bigger vehicle.
They gave me a room.
Once I got there they said they gave my room away to someone else. I reverse and paid for room two queen beds. I got one room one bed for 3 people I slept on the floor.
First room they gave me had not been service the room was a mess and I when back to complain they didn’t believe me and had to go check then they gave me another room without offering anything for the inconvenience.
