The morning front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. During checkout, I politely asked for a receipt, but the employee responded disrespectfully, telling me that I should not be requesting it at the front desk and that they were not obligated to provide one. Eventually, he printed the receipt and handed it to me in a very rude manner, once again insisting that I should contact Booking.com instead. His attitude was completely unacceptable, especially since I was simply making a reasonable request. This employee demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills. His behavior left a very negative impression and made an already disappointing hotel experience even worse.

On top of that, the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient. During my entire three-day stay, the 2 rooms that I reserved were never cleaned. I had to call the front desk to ask why housekeeping had not serviced my room, only to be told that rooms are cleaned upon request.

This is completely unacceptable. Why should guests have to request basic housekeeping services that should be part of a hotel stay? At the very least, this policy should be clearly communicated at check-in.

Between the rude staff, the broken elevator, and the lack of housekeeping, my experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better customer service and hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Must care about cleanliness, roaches are unacceptable
Pros:

We’ve stayed there 2 times and this last time I saw a baby roach in the bathroom first thing in the morning. Glad we were checking out and won’t be returning.
