Pros:

Staff was really friendly. Hotel lobby was nice rooms were spacious and decent

Cons:

The rooms need to be deep cleaned more often. Lots of old dust in corners floors looked like they were not mopped

It wasn't clean at all, only one person was attending at the front desk and my room wasn't clean.

Horrible, unsanitary & not accommodating; stay elsewhere
Pros:

Located close to Levi Stadium since I was attending the Usher & Chris Brown concert but not worth the stay based off the service & cockroaches

Cons:

Do not stay here! There were cockroaches in my room & I called the front desk & they advised to wait till the morning to speak to a supervisor since they had no available rooms. I asked for a refund instead & was still advised to wait till the morning. I checked out that same night since I spotted at least 4 cockroaches. They still have not reached out nor have accommodated on providing a refund.
