Room for improvement
Pros:

Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Amenities and facilities good.
Restaurant was good.

Cons:

After relocating to another room due to plumbing issues with the assigned room upon check after one night. The reassigned room was had a unpleasant smell and choose to use an air fresher so i won't lost more time exploring.

I like that there's a shuttle to the airport, every 30 minutes; I enjoyed that the restaurant was on a high level floor and there was a nice view of the city and sky.

I loved everything! I'll definitely be back! The experience 10/10!
Pros:

The service was excellent! The front desk was so patient and kind upon check in. I wanted to change my floor and go higher and they gave me that opportunity! Wonderful experience and they provide shuttle service which made life easier to and from the airport. The place is very warm and welcoming the staff and the restaurant omg the restaurant the food was sooooooooo good the staff was so kind and it gives you a beautiful view of Miami. It was a great experience and I will definitely visit again.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice

Cons:

The view sucked and there was a street light that shined into our room with no curtains…. Which was odd.
