Mediocre stay. Area was nice just didn't appreciate the front desk service need training
Cons:

Upon arrival to the hotel, attendant said there was no rooms available. I then went on and booked a room online. I went back in gave my confirmation number was then given the worst room facing garbage area. The next day I was locked out of my room that had been paid for in advance. When I went to inquire why was my entry card deactivated his response was my phone did it. He was interested in seeing my id again. Well I kept my phone attached to the new cards which worked until I checked out . I made the best of my trip, dined in the restaurant one evening. My overall rating would be a 4.5 to 5 out of 10. Place needs deep cleaning and updating.

Cons:

Esperamos más de una hora el transporte del aeropuerto de hotel y nunca llegó. Llamamos más de 5 veces y nos decían que ya llegaba. Tuvimos que tomar un Uber y cuando llegamos estaban todas las busetas en el hotel. Perdimos tiempo esperando y simplemente nos mintieron y no dieron explicaciones.

Good option for airport or cruise terminals
Pros:

Hotel offers shuttle from MIA however a bit confusing. We stood at "hotel shuttle" sign at airport and watched our shuttle go by in outside lane. Confirmed with front desk...you have to cross twice when leaving the airport terminal building for their shuttle. . We did not see any indication of which shuttles stopped at individual "hotel shuttle" signs.
We ended uo taking a taxi. See dispatcher in orange vest to request a "blue" taxi. You can not take orange taxis lined up outside - different zones. We paid $15.
Despite checkin desk being busy, checkin was quick. Room is quite large with usual amenities- Dove wall-mounted toiletries, iron and board, coffee maker & safe.
We did not visit restaurant/bar on the 9th (private event) however even on the 5th floor, we could "feel" the music thumping. This location has two buildings. Photo taken from pool clearly shows bar/restaurant on top floor of one building. Pool towels in pool area.
CVS about 2 minutes by foot. Turn right as you leave hotel and walk along sidewalk along side and back of hotel, across "river" to building with Navarro signage. Good spot to pick up wine, pop or snacks to take onboard cruise.
If cruising, be sure to book shuttle. Hourly shuttle to port $15 per person (cash or card paid to driver). We tried to book shuttle for 1 pm however at least 4 people need to reserve time slot for shuttle to run. Earlier shuttles are very busy. Uber definitely a good alternative.
