Pokój był duży, klimatyzacja stara z odgłosami traktora, był sejf, obok niezły sklep wielobranżowy, no i najważniejsze to bezpłatny transport na i z lotniska.Personel bardzo miły.

Pros:

Half cold when asked to heat up.

Cons:

Needs maintenance, hard to find rooms. Unhappy guest was yelling at the front desk and situation could have been handled more discreetly.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación si tú interés es estar cerca del aeropuerto.
Servicio shuttle efectivo, si es verdad que contacté con el hotel 2 veces para saber horarios y no recibí respuesta. Cuando llegué a Miami tuve que esperar unos 45 min pero al final llegó y al día siguiente sale cada media hora desde la madrugada.

Nada. Sólo que te obligan a dejar un depósito de 100$ por daños.. con tarjeta de crédito que luego te devuelven.

Great for one nite stay

For a one night stay it was fine I guess,

The hotel is old my room wasn’t exactly the cleanest you can tell have tried to make upgrades but to NO avail, the one elevator to my room was inconvenient,

So convenient and comfortable; great value for money!
Pros:

An excellent location, whilst travelling through the States! Such a comfortable bed, for a well-needed sleep! The airport shuttle was quick and available, in the very early hours of the morning!
Would definitely stay again!

I booked the Holiday Inn Miami Airport by IHG because of its convenient location and because I trusted the Holiday Inn brand to provide a safe, professional environment. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disturbing, and I left feeling uncomfortable, scared, and extremely disappointed.

During my stay, I witnessed several incidents that raised serious concerns about what appeared to be organised escort and prostitution activity taking place openly within the hotel.

This was not something I felt was happening discreetly or out of sight. The activity was visible in the hotel’s common areas, including the lobby, making it difficult to ignore. The overall situation gave me the strong impression that the hotel was being used for escort services and potentially prostitution, raising serious questions about management’s awareness, security, and oversight of what was happening on its premises.

As a woman travelling, I found the atmosphere deeply unsettling. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, my sleep was disrupted, and I struggled to relax in my room. I was even embarrassed to be dropped off or picked up at the hotel because of what was visibly happening in the lobby. It also left me feeling deeply uncomfortable about the environment in which I was sleeping.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that I deliberately chose a Holiday Inn because I expected the standards, security, and professionalism associated with an established international hotel brand. I never expected to encounter an environment like this, and the experience significantly undermined my trust in IHG.

I believe guests have every right to expect a safe, respectable, and professionally managed environment. I strongly encourage IHG management to investigate these incidents, review what is taking place in the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms, and explain what measures are being taken to protect guests.
