Great location! Clean and comfortable place. And all likeliness will stay again.

I’ve stayed at this property before. I like the fact that it’s in a great location, and the price is reasonable. The hotel is clean and I feel comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue I have is that the staff is never at the front desk. And they’re typically doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency with requests. I came in and let the front desk person know (after waiting five minutes for them to even step out) that I needed more towels in my room. They asked my room number and I provided it to them. Never received any towels. Two hours later I went back downstairs and of course no one was at the desk. When the person finally decided to come out of the little room, I asked again and that’s when they gave me towels. There were two other incidents service related that I could share, but that’s just gonna extend the length of this note. But overall the only thing I really don’t like about the property is the staff and they’re visibility and availability to customers

It was nice but night staff could be a little nicer and cleaning people dobble check a little more
Pros:

Beds where clean rest room was clean

Cons:

There was no hot water and when i called front desk they where rude a bit rude and said they have some with hot water and some with out i told them can we be changed to one with hot water she just said no and hanged up.
There was chips and candy bags on the sofa and on the the side of the bed was not cleaned correctly and food in the fridge and an opened coffee pot.

Pros:

We only stayed one night, but the hotel was very clean and the location was great. The lady and gentleman on the breakfast staff were wonderful and very welcoming. We wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the pool, even though it was a little small.

Our stay was okay! It could have been way better!
Pros:

The breakfast was good and location was good to lots of eating spots and some good shopping!

Cons:

The check in process could have been way better! Flight the day of check in was early! Requested early check in and was approved! However upon arrival that was not the case! I felt we got the run around and was none the pleased!
