Clean place with great staff. But some of there housekeeping needs to go

The staff are great. There was no electricity in the morning. The light went off around 7:30am . I could not get breakfast or shower that morning. I was told they will give me part of the payment back. I left the facility around 1 pm with no shower cos there was no water. Though I was told they sent a memo which I did not receive any.

Cons:

The property is great but the whole light been cut off in the morning is really disgusting . I forgot my Laptop and phone sockets and was told they could not find it.

Pros:

Breakfast, attendants are great. No Texas-shaped waffle which is the whole point of a hotel breakfast in Texas I always thought. But there were some nice cinnamon rolls.

Cons:

Parking is a bit tight in front of the building, there are plenty of spaces behind but they seem less secure

Nice stay and location, terrible experience in the room with ants absolutely everywhere

Upon arrival we went up to our room and the fire alarms immediately started going off when we went to go lay down for a good ten minutes and then we had ants in our bed, in our sheets, on our night stand and all over the floor!!! They were everywhere! We had a show to be at on time and the only worker on was dealing with the fire department so she couldn’t help us, we went to the show as we were going to be late and we had to be moved to another room at 12:30 in the morning.

staff was nice. greeted us. checked us in promptly.

Cons:

found 4 roaches in room. water in bathroom was brown for a least 3 minutes until finally clear water came out. holes in bedding and extremely dusty. do not recommend this place.
