Pros:

El diseño es ‘original’ pero nada práctico ni cómodo.

Cons:

Te dicen que tienen parking, pero está cruzando el río, bajando una cuesta y muy difícil de encontrar, el hotel no manda instrucciones. En la calle donde está no hay manera de parar ni dos minutos para descargar maletas. Dónde está el parking asusta ya que hay drogadictos al lado y seguridad ninguna.

Leuk hotel, goede ligging in deze leuke stad
Pros:

Perfect onderhouden kamer, de ploeg die de kamers poetst doet het uitstekend. Ook geen last van lawaai in de kamer. Ontbijt à la carte was heel goed. Fietsenstalling.

Enige opmerking, voor de ontbijtservice waren ze onderbemand.

O quarto que nos foi dado tinha uma TV que não funcionava. Eles nos trocaram de quarto depois que reclamamos. Outro ponto é que não há café da manha. tem que pagar.

Hotel perfettamente immerso nell’atmosfera di Bilbao, consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, personale accogliente e gentile, all’arrivo ci sono stati offerti due calici di un ottimo Cava. Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte!

Very stylish and welcoming hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great place if you come by car, they arrange parking for you. Close to the old town and everything else. The staff is exceptional, they gave us great, a welcome drink plus another drink at the bar at night. We really liked the style in which the place has been renovated. Another detail is that everything at the fridge in the room is free. We didn’t use it, but it is such a nice gesture.
