Location was great, beautiful views

Cons:

The hotel is run down, and it needs a complete renovation. Our first room was filthy. It had stains on the bed, and everything was dirty and grimy. When we went back to tell the clerk we couldn't stay here, she moved us to a different room which was better, as far as cleanliness goes, however we got down graded to two double beds because thats all she had available instead of a king. My husband is tall and doesn't fit on a double bed, so we had to sleep in separate beds. The new room did have a water view so that was the only plus. I also got bit through the night by either a bug or spider, which landed me at urgent care on our vacation. All in all was the worst decision we made to stay there.

It was a great relaxing vacation and we will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The views of the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The beach was clean. The restaurant was a bit expensive but delicious. The morning breakfast was ok .

Cons:

We would have liked to have clean towels every day. We had to ask for them a few times and then we had to catch a house cleaner and actually get them from them.

Facilities are being left to deteriorate.
Pros:

We didn’t eat breakfast here but the meal offered was adequate. The room itself was clean and the linens very fresh.

Cons:

The large window looking out to the gulf was so cloudy (and dirty?) that we couldn’t see out of it. Therefore we had to go outside to look at the sky and bay.
