Pros:

Location couldn't be better, on the end of walking street where all the bars and restaurants are but far enough away to be relatively quiet

Cons:

People talking in the hallway late at night and early in the morning.
Probably one of the hardest beds so far on my trip, TV in the room but no channels and not smart TV

Pros:

Organised all our tours which was nice and easy, as well as being cheaper than most we could find online. Organised breakfast early for our early tours.

Cons:

No rotation in breakfast.
The room was a little small for a Family of 4, although the room facilities and cleanliness were perfect.

Good stay, very friendly staff, amazing location in walking street. Bed was so comfortable.
Pros:

Really friendly staff, was able to leave my bags in the lobby for most of the day after I had checked out. The bed was super comfortable, though the sheets had holes in so perhaps new sheets would make the stay even better. Basic room but all you need for a few nights in Hue. Amazing location, right on the walking street!

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. It was not offered to us

It was difficult to find the hotel because the address is not on the street but on the building which is set back from street
