Value for money in the good location
Pros:

This is my fourth stay at Wasabi - it’s great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and come with lots of thoughtful touches like an umbrella and robes. The pool itself is nice. Good to have the restaurant on site too. Very affordable and comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The pool loungers aren’t very comfortable because you can’t adjust them. The staff are super friendly but service is generally slow.

Very good. Few small things could make this a very good to great!
Pros:

Location is great! Good value for money, friendly staff, good wifi, quality size rooms, nice shower. Nice little pool in sun most of the day with ample deck chairs.

Cons:

Pillows – fuller pillows are needed (all four were too small).
Water dispenser in the main area near the restaurant for guest access. While three bottles are supplied, this is not enough, so access to drinking water would be highly preferable.
Clothes drying rack on the balcony. How are guests meant to air dry swimmers and towels? Small fixes, that would increase rating from 8 to 9. Otherwise, the place was great!

Pros:

Supergrote penthouse bijna. Hele ruime kamer, ruime badkamer en een dakterras met een buitenbad.

Cons:

Het ligt een beetje ver van het echte centrum van Canggu.

Very satisfied and would go back
Pros:

Bedroom is of good size and has sufficient storage space (or to keep suitcase on the floor).
Bathroom is spacious and has some nice touches.
WiFi is good.
Free water refill.
Staff is super kind (and funny).
Staff organised a scooter for me (fair price; good brakes, which is rare!).
Luggage storage is helpful.
Plenty of good cafes, restaurants, massage places around. Maybe too much?
Cheap relative to quality (April 2026).

Cons:

Not as busy as Canggu, not as quiet as Cemagi. I wish there was slightly more local life than tourism oriented businesses, but you can't have it all.
