A funcionária que nos fez o check in à chegada foi muito pouco acessível e, como cara representante do hotel, deu logo uma má imagem do local. Não fiz o pedido de berço com antecedência (culpa minha), mas demonstrou-se muito antipatica, pouco colaborativa e nem se mostrou receptiva a avaliar a possibilidade de colocação do mesmo no quarto.

Hotel con buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Habitación amplia y cómoda con todo tipo de servicio como agua o té. Baño limpio y habitación sin ruidos. Buena ubicación y conexión con el transporte. Personal muy educado y amable con posibilidad de guarda equipaje sin coste.
