Just that its near the checkpoint and u might be caught up in tbe massive jam
Room is very spacious and has a mini kitchen for reheating food and sink for washing. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Hotel is located on the 'wrong' side of the Central area. You can see the hotel but cannot cross over due to the heavy construction in the area. Even the cars got to make a big round to reach the hotel.

The decor is a bit bare - empty spaces which make the room feel cold .
Location although not far from CIQ , it’s a bit challenging to walk to if with luggage and children . It prob will be better when the train station is up as it’s next to it . Right now, it’s inconvenient.
the cleanliness of the room, the tasty breakfast, the swimming pool (even though had no chance to use it due to bad weather).
1. the wardrobe's sliding door creaked during closing/opening.
2. i suggest to use a rubber/silicone chair leg caps to prevent the noisy screeching sound when the stools are moved.

Was told by receptionist I m not entitled for Breakfast. But on Booking.Com App it does show with breakfast.

The size of the room is good but toilet is too big
Toiletry and coffee tea, cups and spoon just enough for 2 pax. Room cleaning only clean the bed but not any other, cups didn't wash or keep. This is very disappointed.
It was clean and convenient for those who just came in from Singapore it’s like 5 mins away from the customs. The room was spacious and the bed is so comfortable to sleep on. The toilet is so clean and shampoos body wash is available. The facilities of the lights is well planned. Get to see the view from customs and the sea. Had a great breakfast meal with sandwiches, variety of breads, standard English breakfast and variety of drinks and coffee. The price is fair.
The cons about it is when you taking grab from somewhere to go back to the hotel there will always be a traffic jam due to vehicles queuing for entering Singapore.
