Zwischenstopp für unsere Reise ins Burgenland.
Pros:

Sie lag in einer ruhigen Umgebung und trotzdem war man schnell zu Fuß in der schönen Altstadt von Passau.
Check in unkompliziert und Personal sehr nett .

Die Klimaanlage hat bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr gut funktioniert.
Der Balkon ist groß und man kann abends eine Lampe einschalten.

Cons:

In einer Ecke hinter dem Nachttisch neben dem Bett lag noch eine leere Verpackung. Da ich sie gefunden habe, hätte sie auch vom Reinigungsteam gefunden werden müssen.

Wir hatten eine Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Großes Bad.

Cons:

Mit dem Frühstück waren wir nicht zufrieden, da stimmt Preis Leistung in keinster Weise. Obstsalat aus der Dose, keine frische Brötchen und bei 20 Euro pro Person erwarten wir etwas mehr Auswahl und mehr Qualität. Daher würden wir beim nächsten Mal ohne Frühstück buchen.

Hotel zum wohlfühlen.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung verdienen 5 + Sterne. Sehr großzügiges Komfort. Es wurde an alles gedacht , besser geht's nicht. Kompliment an den Hotelmanager.
Wir sind mit einem kleinen Hund angereist und würden nicht wie Gäste 2. Klasse behandelt. Keine Flecken, kein unangenehme Geruch, da freut man sich jetzt schon auf einen erneuten Besuch in Passau.
Das Frühstück war frisch zubereitet und sehr ansprechend angerichtet.

Cons:

Es soll keine Kritik sein, jedoch ein Hinweis. Falls ein Gast einen Platz in der Tiefgarage reserviert, wäre es von Vorteil die Reservierung mit einem Stellplatznummer zu vergeben, damit wäre keine Doppelreservierung möglich.
Auch das Personal beim Frühstück könnte einen Namenschild oder ein T-Shirt mit Namen des Hotels tragen. Bei der Ausstattung des Zimmers wäre es für mich selbstverständlich.
