El desayuno. Sin embargo reserve con desayuno eraloa 4, pero solo me dieron 2, los otros los tuve que pagar.
No estaba limpio, no estaba el sofa cama preparado, olores de smoking. Me fui luego de la primera noche.
Booking confirmed but no room was available and not refunded. Unbelievable.
El personal de la recepción que nos tocó en el cheek in, trato no adecuado en el desayuno , mucho olor en los ascensores, no funcionaban bien la computadoras
The check-in was well done with a diligent service representative at the front desk. The food was awesome, especially the breakfast. It was a plus to let the kids (2) eat breakfast free of charge. The kids used the awesome pool only on June 25 before checking out because the maintenance personnel kept telling us it wasn't safe to use after a lot of rain. So they did their best to treat it with chemicals, and the kids took good advantage of it afterward. The checkout was awesome. They let my daughter and her family check out at noon rather than 10:00 am. The staff is awesome in every way: polite, always willing to serve and help. It was a wonderful experience.
Not something I can think of, besides the west corner elevator not working for a while.

Upon arrival the lobby had a distinctive foul smell. Once in the room it smelled of wet carpet that had not been dried properly. I would not recommend this hotel. We were looking for a family friendly place to stay prior to our early morning flight. We will be using another location next time.
El desayuno.
Las instalaciones no tenían mantenimiento. Las habitaciones sucias. Hice la reserva con desayuno incluido y me dijeron q era solo para 2, y yo pague por 5 en mi estancia. Tenía una reserva extendida, pero la cancele y me fui a otro hotel. No lo aconsejo
It is very close to the airport. The room/ double bed suite is a good size and has some updates. It has 2 tvs and a little kitchen area.
I did not realize that there is no free breakfast included ( only for 2 and the kids), we were 4 adults. So the others had to pay for their breakfast.
I did not like it that I had to walk to the mai entrance to my room in the night as the backdoors were not for entrance.
I also did not like it that in front of the hotel employees were smoking ( maybe they should have a certain place, but it should not be in front of the hotel).
Hotel muito confortável, em excelente localização. Estacionamento gratuito de fácil acesso. Café da manhã fantástico. Cama confortável, banheiro limpo. Piscina (quase) aquecida, sauna, massagens… tudo muito bom. Recepcionista Gabriela muito atenciosa.

Staff was unfriendly multiple staff told us different information and charged us $20 for parking when the original staff said it was free. Pool was overflowing due to negligence and leaving the water hose in the pool, room especially the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months I found a cockroach in the room and the shower did not work at all. I paid almost 400 for our stay when I booked it only to be charged 150 per room (300) upon arrival was told it was a deposit by first clerk then next day told it wouldn’t be given back

Hard to get to and loud
Horrible. Ants inside the bed. The entire building smelled like smoke. No room service on the weekend. Very bad stains on the carpet. Just all around a negative experience.
