Staff were amazing and location beautiful 😍
Pros:

The location was amazing and the Staff were exceptional. We took the day to see the island with the bike rentals but got a flat tire. The hotel staff came to our rescue and picked us up with their shuttle.They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Beach access close to hotel.

Cons:

Would like to see more information about Jekyll Island in the lobby- maps, recommendations for activities, local events if possible. Everything else about the stay was wonderful.

I will always stay here!
Pros:

I love everything about this property location, cleanliness, not crowded, off the beaten path etc…

Cons:

The love bugs were insane this visit, nothing the hotel can do about it, it’s simply nature and one of the things I love about this island also. Although they were a pest it still so beautiful here!

Cons:

Boardwalk to the beach was a bit disappointing. View in room was the A/C storage area. Brochure needs to say that there is no beach view and walking distance is not easy accessible.

Pros:

We were very happy with the room was spacious and clean, the temperature was very comfortable. The staff was very friend and accommodating meeting all our needs during our stay. I would gladly recommend your hotel to all my friends and family.

Cons:

The humidity in the room was high and made that room feel somewhat sticky, but it was not uncomfortable.
