Ramada by Wyndham Boise

It was dirty. No security, doors didn’t latch to the outside and parking was very limited. The breakfast bar wall was filthy. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like😬

The bathroom was covered in mold. I have photos. No one should bathe/shower something so unsanitary.

We didn’t end up staying. It was horrible! Sheets were stained, looked like blood stained on the blanket, food crumbs on chair, bathroom sink hanging crooked on wall, shower dirty looking. Not at all what we expected. So we left. I want a refund.!

The Floors dirty, feet got black from walking on the carpet

Breakfast first day unavailable and the other days the eggs were cold or they ran out. Nobody appeared to be servicing the area as we saw no staff the entire time during breakfast

Bathroom sink drain not hooked up and fixture is loose. The shower knob also turned completely around so you had to find the right spot to make sure it was off and not dripping

No garbage can in the bathroom and no toilet paper holder

Indoor pool was cold.

Where to start the staff was rude. Called days ahead for early check in they charge your card for early check in but refused to check you in saying they knew nothing about it even though you called more then once. Then the girl was so rude after you said I have the whole conversation recorded about it she intentionally refused to check me in until after 7. Then proceeded to tell me she can do that. The room was dirty very dirty sheets and blanket in one bed was never changed. Towel had a stain in it. The floor was so dirty we never took are shoes off. I had to ask for a broom and mop the next day. We had no toilet paper asked for some and she still didn’t allow us to have any. The washer and dryer are broken no sign at all about it. Even after wasting over 20 bucks on these they tell you it’s your fault and issue. The girl flat out told me she didn’t like my tone in asking why I had to wait until after 7 that I was lucky she gave me 7 time frame. This place is very dirty staff are so rude.

Place is a little seedy

It was disgustingly dirty everywhere, our bathroom floor was sticky and the bath tub and ceiling were full of mold, our night stand was dusty and sticky and the the drawers were full of crumbs the microwave was dirty full of old dry food, the floors all along the beds were full of trash, the lamp on the desk didn't work the TV service was horrible it kept freezing all in all it was the worst Hotel I have stayed in Boise NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY THERE.

Had bed bugs in two rooms the staff was really rude about letting me get to a manager and then they didn't want to refund me

I had to leave at 11 pm with my children and pay for another hotel. I did not use booking.com because I no longer trust this service. The Ramada appeared to be a by the hour prostitution service. There were people smoking pot in the stairwells. The room was filthy. We did not feel safe.

The floor was dirty,there was dirty towels and garbage behind the nightstand. The sink was broken and it smelled foul. I did not trust that the beds were freshly cleaned and were extremely uncomfortable. I had booked the room for 3 days and after getting to my room I immediately informed the clerk that we would be not staying the 3 days and she informed me that that would be fine. I left at 7 in the morning and gave the morning clerk the keys and that I was not staying and he also said I would be reimbursed the remaining days. After noticing that they still hadn't closed out my stay I went by to get an invoice for the one day I stayed and a new front desk clerk was there and said he wasn't going to reimburse me as d to take it up with Booking
Com and he wasn't giving me an invoice, so I am assuming they are planning on ripping me off as well.

They're a 1 star hotel charging 5 star prices

I didn't like that I had a lot of mold in my bathroom, I didn't like that there where not enough pool towels put out daily. I didn't like that only 1 washer Mach for guests worked and the other didn't

TV didn't work, dogs howling at 3am in room next door, glass coffee pot for room missing, bathroom sink drain lever broken, tears in chairs, no working room phone.

Everything was awful

Toilet wasn’t clean, no parking, comp breakfast wasn’t available as advertised, junkyard chair that was wore out. They asked for a 50.00 security deposit that wasn’t advertised.
