Didn't stay, horrible overflow hotel. I wouldnt.let my dog stay there

Cons:

Crappy overflow hotel, it was a dump. I prepaid.for.my hotel 2.months in advance, and you overbooked and I didn't get my original room. Thanks for nothing. I want a refund, will not ever stay in ypur hotels ever again

Pros:

The bed was good.

Cons:

The whole faucet was very loose. The sink was crooked on the wall. A dirty green towel was left in clothes closet. The floor was dirty. Did not take a shower as I did not want to put my bare feet on the floor. Curtain was hanging loose from rod. Could never get anyone to answer the front desk from 1200-3 pm on the phone before check in or the following day. Called reservatuons and they couldn't get anyone to answer either. Will nevet stay here again.

I would not stay at this location again without a change in ownership.
Pros:

Room looked good not including the bathroom. Key card worked when I got to the room. They found my reservation.

Cons:

TV did not work. Toilet paper was brown type. Like paper for handwashing. Could not get soap out of package. Shower was old and looked it. Had to park on opposite side of the building. Staff was painting stripes in parking lot in the morning before cars had left for the day. It was not professional stripes. Regular paint. The owners are cutting too many corner's and it was too noticeable.

Dirty, unsafe, rude staff, hair everywhere, dirty floors.
Pros:

Absolutely NOTHING!

Cons:

The rooms are dirty, hair is everywhere, the tables were stained. The toilet ran all night because plumbing is connected throughout all the rooms. Breakfast was so old and so hard it gave me and my other friends staying stomach issues not to mention it was hard as a rock. Also the receptionist were RUDE. Trying to charge me a no show when I clearly stayed all nights.

The breakfast was awful. Nothing to eat. Cereal was mixed.

Cons:

Everything. We were supposed to get a king bed. Got 2 queens. It was dirty. Breakfast was terrible

Cons:

The hotel was old and dirty. We left our car at the hotel when we flew out. We could not reach anyone on the phone to pick us up at the airport to take us back to hotel to get our car to go home. Tried for 30 mins finally we got an uber. We paid extra for this benefit but that did not happen. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone.

It was 2 ml from water park

Room very dusty I ask a maid to little house clean she gave me face. What you won’t me to clean the dust off the walls for you. That room had dust caked on walls table t. V the shower had rust on floor glad I had all shots
The breakfasts was bad too unless you like rubby waffle or cold clearly
