The room really has a smoke. Make me feel bad 😞 so really bad for me when I break

Overpriced. TV didn’t work properly. Nonresponsive management.

I had a medical emergency and went back to Ramada to claim my belongings. All of my clothes, backpack with medication and laptop were all missing and not in the "lost and found" definitely taken by staff!! Very rude management. Go somewhere else!!

Beds were clean and comfortable

There was nothing I liked

This was my worst stay in any hotel in anywhere I have traveled throughout the world. I checked in around 11:00pm.
Upon walking into the room, it was uncomfortable - the air was warm and stale. It may have been a while since anyone stayed in that room, since it was the last room on the line. I immediately set the air conditioner as low as it would go and hoped that would improve things quickly.
I had some items that needed to be refrigerated immediately, so I checked the refrigerator and saw that it too was warm - unplugged from the wall in fact. I plugged that in and hoped for the best there as well.
All of the furniture was in a poor state.
There was mildew surrounding the bathtub and the ceiling. There was no drain plug for the bathtub. Despite that, the drain was extremely backed up.
I pulled back the bedsheet on one of the beds I was about to sleep in and saw a urine stain and a blood stain, so I switched to the other bed. All of the pillows in the room were lumpy.
A view out of the window showed unsightly trash and yard waste.
The air was still stale, so I looked at the air conditioner filters. They were absolutely disgusting, caked in dust. I cleaned them over the bathroom sink and reinserted them.
The next morning, I could see that the windowsill was also disgusting - it was caked with dirt, dust, and dead insects.
The eggs at breakfast were cold - not just cold as in room temperature, but cold as in refrigerated. No attempt was made to warm it up before putting it on the sterno. The waffle irons were set way too hot, so they burned.
Back in the room, I sat at the desk, and the chair. like the rest of the furniture, was also in a state of disrepair. I almost fell out. Upon checking out, I let the front desk know that my stay was not pleasant, and she was nice and sympathetic and said she would have management call me to discuss a refund. I never received that phone call.
I filed a complain via the corporate website, and after several weeks, I hadn't heard back, and upon following up they said the hotel management emailed me previously to offer me a small refund that was nowhere near what I would expect for the nasty experience at this place.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable enough for what we paid.

Terrible, I was here with family and we booked two rooms for 4 adults and one kid. They forgot to book our second room and when we went to inquire about it we were given a second room with a very broken lock. In the first room the bathroom was full of mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned plus she shower wall was broken. The whole room was gross uncleaned. The window of both our rooms led to the pool, creepy. They definitely over charged us for the amount of people to the terrible rooms and service provided.

Nothing

Sleep in your car. It will be cleaner and possibly safer. Left immediately on smelling the room and seeing the bathroom. Sketchy behavior out back. Utter dump.
