comfortable & cozy 2 night stay
Pros:

- location was great
- lot of adjoining/onsite amenities: casino, restaurants, spa, and live entertainment (at the bars)
- rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable
- free VIP parking

Cons:

- the rooms a a bit small and claustrophobic
- there is NOT enough closet space for to hang more then 2 days worth of clothes, There are NO Dresser drawers available either.
- the only furniture in the room is bed and a chair, not even a table or a desk to eat or work at
- there is no booklet in the room detailing ANY type of room service or hotel amenities

Ideal for a night of Casino Fun.
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful. Exceeded my expectations. Easy access to the casino and event center without the chaos of feeling like you were staying in a casino.

Cons:

Getting to the hotel guest parking was a bit confusing, but that’s literally my only complaint, and once oriented enjoyed the closer parking.

Proximity to Bryant U.
Very friendly front desk staff
Bathroom was better than most
Ample parking

Cons:

Lack of restaurants, other than fast food
Lack of adequate closet space
Lack of TV guide
Long walk to the elevators on the lobby
level
Lack of outdoor benches immediately
outside the front door while one waits
for the driver to fetch the car

Pros:

Rooms were beautiful. Everything was great.

Cons:

The fact that the hotel charged me taxes for every day that I was there. And they did not disclose that they charge a fee of 30.00 per day. That was an unexpected amount of money I was not expecting to pay. Total of 140.00 out of pocket for fees and extra taxes
They should be upfront about this when customers book rooms.
