Over priced
Pros:

The lounge area and pool .

Cons:

Expensive breakfast . Only two towels in the room for the 5 of us and only 2 blankets for the 5 of us ?! When I asked for more blankets, I was only given 1 more and was told the rest were in the wash / dryer

Horrible stay - big mistake. Follow the reall reviews and don’t stay at this crappy property
Pros:

There is very little to recommend about this property, and the ratings seem far too generous. The hotel is severely overpriced for the quality of the rooms and the standard of service provided.
The first room assigned to us had a strong smell of marijuana and, alarmingly, its door was unlocked when we arrived. This raised serious concerns about security and how the rooms are being managed. The staff were neither welcoming nor helpful, and the television did not work—I eventually had to troubleshoot and fix it myself.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The condition of the property, poor service and security concerns make it nowhere near worth the price. I deeply regret choosing to stay here and would not recommend it.

Everything about this hotel was disappointing from the moment we checked in. The first room assigned to us smelled strongly of marijuana, and its door was unlocked when we arrived, raising serious concerns about security and how the property is managed.
Even more disturbing, we encountered bedbugs shortly after getting into bed. This left us with grave concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and the standard of housekeeping being carried out. The rooms contain old, worn furniture, the television was not working and I had to troubleshoot it myself, and the staff were neither welcoming nor helpful.
This property is extremely overpriced for its condition and level of service. The experience was completely unacceptable, and I deeply regret staying here. I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was great and had a lot of options for food around the area.

Cons:

The first 2 nights they had water and Boiler issues and we had no hot water. They gave us a hard time at first to change the rooms but once the 2nd day came and no hot water we had no choice but to ask for management to get involved. They at first said no changing of room but ultimately changed us to another room.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Floor looked very dirty like it had not been swept after renovations. I tried to call front desk, the phone was not plugged it since there was no port and just a bunch of loose wires behind the table. I walked up, asked for floor to be cleaned. Also told them abt loose wires and said I hoped they were not dangerous. She just asked me if I wanted an engineer to look at it. Neither got addressed.

NO free shuttle as advertised
Pros:

Clean, comfortable

Cons:

Advertised free shuttle, actually no shuttle so it cost an additional $30 from the airport. I feel Doubletree cheated me out of this and should have reimbursed me $30.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Stayed for 4 nights in the spacious suite. Unique design for the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Location was excellent with good options nearby. I actually felt like a guest instead of just another customer as staff inquired if I needed anything whenever passing me in the hallway or waiting at the elevator. Unequivocally recommend.

Worst hotel experience ever...the service is not what you would expect at a Hilton property.
Pros:

Nothing...the hotel staff is horrible including the manager, John.

Cons:

The room we requested on the Hilton app the night before was switched to another room and we were on top of the pool and the hotel was 90% filled by teenagers that were screaming and yelling at the pool, the hallways, etc.
Also, my room that we checked into was not clean and was still dirty when we got the key at 8pm at night

Could be a good facility but it seems they lack funds to properly operate a property this size.
Pros:

Location was ok. Room was newly renovated, bed was comfortable. Lobby and bar area were nice.

Cons:

They had no bar soap for the bathroom sink. Shower only had hot water, had to wait for maintenance man to come fix it(nice guy, he was overworked and fielding calls while he was trying to fix the shower). Door to parking lot in first floor stairwell wouldn’t close, anyone could walk in overnight. Breakfast buffet a bit overpriced for what it is. No phone in room to call the front desk?
