Bed was comfortable. Location was perfect.
Floor looked very dirty like it had not been swept after renovations. I tried to call front desk, the phone was not plugged it since there was no port and just a bunch of loose wires behind the table. I walked up, asked for floor to be cleaned. Also told them abt loose wires and said I hoped they were not dangerous. She just asked me if I wanted an engineer to look at it. Neither got addressed.
Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Clean, comfortable
Advertised free shuttle, actually no shuttle so it cost an additional $30 from the airport. I feel Doubletree cheated me out of this and should have reimbursed me $30.
Location and staff
Rooms need updating.
Stayed for 4 nights in the spacious suite. Unique design for the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Location was excellent with good options nearby. I actually felt like a guest instead of just another customer as staff inquired if I needed anything whenever passing me in the hallway or waiting at the elevator. Unequivocally recommend.
Location
When I walk in staff was eat a full meal @ the front desk are rooms was not that clean my refrigerator was not working my light was broken my shower and sink was dirty I bought cleaning supplies to clean then I had to pay for breakfast was expensive just for cont breakfast
Nothing...the hotel staff is horrible including the manager, John.
The room we requested on the Hilton app the night before was switched to another room and we were on top of the pool and the hotel was 90% filled by teenagers that were screaming and yelling at the pool, the hallways, etc.
Also, my room that we checked into was not clean and was still dirty when we got the key at 8pm at night
Location was ok. Room was newly renovated, bed was comfortable. Lobby and bar area were nice.
They had no bar soap for the bathroom sink. Shower only had hot water, had to wait for maintenance man to come fix it(nice guy, he was overworked and fielding calls while he was trying to fix the shower). Door to parking lot in first floor stairwell wouldn’t close, anyone could walk in overnight. Breakfast buffet a bit overpriced for what it is. No phone in room to call the front desk?
Filthy hotel. The initial hotel room my husband and I were given was filthy. The tube literally had pubic hairs spread all over the tub as if housekeeping just quickly wiped down the tub as fast as they can. The floor definitely was not swept (who knows for how long) it had crumbs, MORE hair all over the floor (why there was as much hair as there was all over the place is beyond me). It appears that hygiene isn’t a priority as well since there was no hand soap or body wash in the rooms. The first room did have body wash but no hand soap. I reported the filth to the person at the front desk and they let me know how sorry they were and that they “got me” and were going to take care of it. They said they would be re-cleaning the entire room. A few hours later..nothing. They ended up giving us a different room which was cleaner but still not the best. The tub in this new room was clogged. Definitely do not recommend this hotel to stay.
I stayed there in April and I left a review about the issues about my stay. John Bifarella reached out via email to apologize for my stay and offered me 2500 points along with the 5000 points I earned when I spun the wheel at check in. Almost 2 months after and a few follow up calls John still hasn’t did what he said he was going to do!
I love the pool and the open space
The pool area the old towels weren’t put in a bin because there wasn’t one
