Have stayed in many Holiday Inns in my lifetime travels, a little disappointed in this one.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, but your advertising says free breakfast included which I would expect a continental spread.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t working at first. My son called down to the front desk, they told him a couple things to try and wait and see if it worked. It didn’t so he went downstairs and asked and was told that side of the hotel was not working and it would be fixed in the morning. They did offer to change our room, but we declined as we were only there one night and it was getting later. About 30 minutes later it started working. When we walked in the room there was a strong musty smell-like when carpet gets wet and doesn’t dry properly. We turned the air on and gave it a chance to air out and it improved so we didn’t ask to change rooms. My duvet had what looked like makeup stains on it-they looked older, but that shouldn’t be used anymore. For guests. We ordered takeout from Bar Louie and walked down to get it, didn’t expect an 18% gratuity to be applied automatically. I always tip the server that is doing the takeout prep, but to assume that and charge 18% was steep in my opinion. My son used the fitness room and appreciated having that available.

Wish the room was bigger, had a pullout couch. Cleaner bathrooms, more towels at the pool.
Pros:

Proximity to the room and parking and pool were great. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was really good. Shower was hot, ac worked well.

Cons:

Room was small, bathroom door didn’t close, bathroom was dirty, old contacts in the corner.

Good place to stay for our 10 day stay needs.
Pros:

Location for our needs, easy access to I-94, plenty of restaurants nearby, clean indoor pool, very good complimentary breakfast at restaurant in the hotel for us as our stay was 10 days, offer of reward points for not needing daily room change service thereby saving water and electricity

Cons:

Poor serviced hot tub water, not keeping up with pool and hot tub towel service

the room was good. we were upgraded to a handicap room which was great with my mom being with a walker. the larger bathroom made it so much easier to work with her when she needed assistance. We did breakfast both mornings and it was easy to pop in and grab something one morning; great for a bit more leisure to eat the second. Really a great stay overall

Disappointed and disgusting
Pros:

Our first night was really great I thought the place was nice the layout was a little odd but other than that it started all great.

Cons:

There were roaches. In our room later discovered on our second night when we got back from a concert and when I went to the front desk to complain there was another one on the walk there.

Very satisfying.
Pros:

We were upgraded. And that was a bonus, the pool was well maintained. There are loads of options for dining and take away as the hotel is located fabulously.

Frustrating that I had to carry my bags around everywhere and up and down steps.
Pros:

Parking was easy but I dragged my bags inside to check in and then was given a piece of paper to put on my car. So I dragged all my luggage back outside to put it in the window.

Cons:

The elevator was not working and the only room
Was on the 4th floor. No one offered assistance. I traveled alone and had three bags. The door was very hard to open. I thought it was actually locked and called down to the front desk. They told me to push really hard. I had to literally body slam the door to open it. The elevator wasn’t working still not working this morning either so I carted three bags down the 4 flights of stairs.
