Too expensive for level of service
The staff are nice
It is ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the rooms. They used to offer free parking but no longer do. The carpet is tired. There are stains on the fabric of the desk chairs. The sink was clogged. The hairdryer didn’t work (was promptly replaced). Most importantly, if you get a room on the side with the train and don’t sleep like the dead, you will have a sleepless night because you might as well be staying on the train platform. They did honor our request to move.
The lobby was nice. Friendly staff. Location was good. Nice area. Nice restaurants nearby.
My TV didn't work. The bathroom had multiple broken pieces of hardware like the towel racks.
Security needed for the elevator . Professional staff.

Excellent staff, great location.
While the hotel staff (front desk, housekeeping,) is very friendly and nice, the room we stayed in leaves much to be desired, especially the bathroom.
The shower curtain does not reach the floor and the lip separating the shower floor and the bathroom floor is very short, so when showering, water goes all over the place. The shower curtain is torn and needs replacing.
There is calcification buildup around the faucet on the very small bathroom counter and the lighting in the bathroom makes your face look like the living dead.
The bathroom space is not used wisely, as there is little-to-no surface space to put toiletries, etc. They could extend the counter closer to the toilet. View photo to see what I mean.
There appears to be mold near the ceiling in the main room window.
I can’t say enough good things about how nice the staff is, but the room we stayed in needs an overhaul.

Terrific location with many close by restaurants and shops, nice view from the room.
Parking structure was substandard with steep ramps and poor lighting. Plus it cost extra to park. No breakfast included in the rate.
