Overall, with the ease of travel to Wrigley and the short walking distance to restaurants/boutiques near the hotel,
Pros:

The proximity to the train was wonderful! It made getting to and from Wrigley easy. The staff was attentive, kind, and personable.

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms are definitely a bit dated for the price, in my opinion. There was also a pubic hair left in the sink from the previous guest(s).

Very nice hotel, great location, very comfortable. Lot s of shops and restaurants nearby, decent hotel breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

Location was good

Cons:

Booking.com said there is a pool. Pool had been closed for a very long time. No resteraunt or bar open. Extra money taken off my card and not yet refunded. It needs a refurb and new carpets
