Pros:

Polite staff and location

Cons:

I am still owed a reimbursement that has not been put back on my Citibank Debit card. I have gone back to the hotel to follow up and each time, I am told that the reimbursement has been deposited into my account. I went to Citibank again today and the money is not in my account. PLEASE HELP!!!

I had a very nice and comfortable stay overall!
Pros:

The front desk was mostly very helpful and I did not have any trouble at all, especially the person who helped me check in and kept my luggage while I was out for lunch on the day of arrival. The breakfast was also good and healthy. I enjoyed my stay very much! The best part was the view from my room! Loved looking at Lake Michigan against the Evanston skyline.. The location was a bonus because I could walk to Northwestern university very easily for work.

Cons:

There was one person in the front desk who seemed a bit rude. I do not know her name, but she seemed cold and grumpy to me but the rest of them who helped me were really nice and kind.

Pros:

The experience was good but I was told we could have a late check out on several occasions if needed just let them know the day of. We kept asking every day and they said should be no problem just call the morning to confirm. Now told we can't. Everyone at front desk said should be no problem. They need to be clear that is not a possibility

Great location, super nice staff, VERY comfortable bed!

At first glance, outside and parking appear less than appealing. A few flaws in room, towel quality.

Quiet, comfortable and very pleasant!
Pros:

Clean, pretty location with the church next door. Rooms are quite even with neighbors and the metro station right across the street. Rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds comfortable and the ac in our room was not too loud which was nice. Streets were decently plowed when it snowed.

Cons:

This property doesn’t have stairs to the main lobby from any of the above floors. Using the elevator constantly was hard for me as I have chronic vertigo (the movement of the elevator being a pretty heavy trigger). The lower floor of the parking garage did pool with water when it rained and the parking garage is super dark with very little lighting.

Pros:

The location is walkable to downtown Evanston, Northwestern, and the lake.

Cons:

This hotel needs a thorough cleaning/ update. The walls are stained, the carpets are old and dirty, and the ventilation/air conditioning is inadequate. Evanston does not have any excellent options for hotels, but this was particularly uncomfortable.

Nice place.

Cons:

My sister booked the room for my family and I. I got in the hotel around 2 am they made me pay $50.00 because they said I checked in late(supposed to be since 4pm). In the morning, I went for breakfast I had to pay $10.00 for that... the initial package included free breakfast.
