By me begin a hotel manager I do know that maintenance and hotel managements was suppose to let the people whomis paying money to stay that the water was going to be cut off for some hours.. I got ready to get into the shower and there was no water. I had to call the front desk and then she had to contact maintenance to see whats going on. When things like that go on everyone should be intune about the whole situation, so that you want have anger customers. We couldn't even flush the toilet. More and better communication is the key. I had to miss an appointment because I couldn't use the bathroom.

Pros:

The hotel staff was very pleasant.
Our room was very nice and clean.

Cons:

The guy that served our breakfast wasn't very nice
I asked him if could bring us some warmer coffee. He stated that the coffee was just brewed and that was it. My husband asked about the orange juice that was listed as part of meal, he said that it was either coffee or orange juice since we chose the warm coffee we would have to pay additional for the orange juice.

The toilet backed up. No one came to clean the room. When I called the operator said I had to request the room to be cleaned. No one ever told me that.
