Pleasant stay in a good location
Pros:

Location was excellent and the breakfast in the morning was good

The air-conditioning was very poor and the rooms were very hot and stuffy.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, merkezi lokasyonda olmasının yanında aynı zamanda Nezih’de bir bölgede.
Zafer Takı ve Eyfel çok yakın. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık.
Eğer merkezde kalmak istiyorsanız ideal, bir dahaki sefere Saint-Germain bölgesinde bir otelde kalmayı düşünüyorum.

Cons:

6 yaşındaki çocuğumuzla beraber kaldığımız için otelin fiyatı oldukça arttı, biraz yüksek fiyatlı kaldık. Otelde terlik yok, günlük ücretsiz su bulunmuyor . Bavul koymak için herhangi bir alan ve boy aynası yok. Biz iki gün kahvaltı aldık, kahvaltısı fena değildi.

Had an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The location was great for walking everywhere. The room was comfortable. The staff were excellent.

The pillows could have been better.

Pros:

I absolutely loved the location, everything was within walking distance: the Arc de Triomphe, metro stations, wonderful restaurants, bakeries, a pharmacy, grocery stores, and even clothing shops. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.

The hotel itself is very cozy and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, which made my stay even more special.

But most importantly, the staff were incredible , kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Shaheen and Viktor for always being so helpful and responsive to any request, and to Mustafa who kindly assisted me at night whenever I needed anything. I’m also very grateful for the sweet chocolate gift from your home country, Albania , such a thoughtful touch 🤍

Thank you for making my stay truly memorable ✨

We always enjoy our stay there. Very friendly and helpful people.
Pros:

They gave me the same room I have had before which I am very happy about because I can see the Eiffel Tower from my room window.
