Excellent
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast, amazing staff! Cute property and had what we needed. Loved walking out to the view of the Eiffel Tower everyday. Easily walked to the Eiffel tower and Arc de Triomphe from this location.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it.

The location is excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. The Eiffel Tower can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, which makes it a great base for exploring Paris.

We were especially delighted when the reception staff fulfilled our request and gave us a room with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower. This made our stay even more special, and we are very grateful for this thoughtful gesture.

The room itself was quite small, but perfectly adequate for a short city break and equipped with everything we needed.

There are only a few minor points that could be improved. The carpet in the room felt a little outdated, although this is probably quite common in older buildings. We also noticed that the coffee cups were not replaced during housekeeping, and for two days no coffee stirrers were replenished. In addition, liquid hand soap in the bathroom would be more convenient than the small bar soaps provided.

Overall, these were only minor details and did not significantly affect our experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the hotel staff once again for making our wish for an Eiffel Tower view come true.

What We Liked
● The view is the main reason to stay here, and it was absolutely beautiful. You’re definitely paying for the view, and it delivered.
● The location felt safe and was convenient for exploring Paris.
● Several good restaurants were within walking distance.
● The pastry shop next door is a must-visit. They make fresh pastries daily, and everything we tried was delicious. It was the perfect place to grab breakfast before heading out for the day.

Cons:

What we did not like
● The room was incredibly small, even by European standards.
● The bathroom was so tiny that it was difficult to turn around comfortably.
● The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.
● The air conditioning did not work well and struggled to keep the room cool.
● The elevator floor was dirty for our entire stay, which gave the impression that housekeeping and maintenance were lacking.
● There were numerous signs throughout the hotel warning guests they would be charged for stained towels. While we understand hotels need policies, the repeated warnings felt unusual and somewhat off-putting.

Un chouette souvenir dans cet hôtel!
Pros:

L'arrivée le soir avec la vue sur la Tour Eiffel éclairée...magnifique! Et de la chambre également. Chambre confortable et très calme.

Cons:

Déjeuner un peu simple mais pour le reste tout était parfait.

Location was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

Our room was very small, dark and had little room to move about. Toilet was so close to the shower door that you had to sit sideways. No view. Our daughters' families' rooms were larger, had views and light coming in.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna, a pokoje są bardzo czyste i estetycznie urządzone.

Niestety moje doświadczenie zostało zepsute przez sposób komunikacji dotyczący przydziału pokoju.
Przed przyjazdem kontaktowałam się z hotelem i kilkukrotnie prosiłam o pokój z widokiem na Wieżę Eiffla. Do samego końca otrzymywałam informację, że hotel postara się spełnić moją prośbę, dlatego byłam przekonana, że istnieje duża szansa na otrzymanie takiego pokoju. Ostatecznie po przyjeździe przydzielono mi inny pokój, bez wcześniej oczekiwanego widoku.
Rozumiem, że hotel nie może zagwarantować konkretnego pokoju, jednak zabrakło jasnej informacji przed przyjazdem. Gdybym wiedziała wcześniej, że nie otrzymam pokoju, o który prosiłam, rozważyłabym rezerwację w innym hotelu. Zamiast tego do samego końca miałam nadzieję, że moja prośba zostanie uwzględniona, co pozostawiło duży niedosyt i rozczarowanie.

Beautiful views and quiet nights
Pros:

This little boutique hotel is in a quieter area of the city which we preferred. Noise from outside was non existent. It did require using cabs and the train to move around the city, but that was done with ease. A very comfortable bed and an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower made this stop so enjoyable. The breakfast was warm and had a large delectation of choices every morning. The on site bar was also perfect for happy hour before heading out to our other city adventures.

Cons:

The elevator is an original model and given that we were staying during a busy weekend it did add some time to getting to and from the top floor.

Pulizia non eccezionale soprattutto negli spazi comuni e servizi per gli ospiti (sarebbe auspicabile un aiuto con i bagagli prima che gli ospiti portino i propri bagagli in autonomia!)
