guest services staff was less than helpful with a lost item and i got double charged for our room. also there is literally no parking so if you’re there for an event good luck, they have a public parking ramp they share with the city.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is good with a very good nearby restaurant (brewery). The restaurant in the hotel is also ok. The hotel is close to a bus station. The rooms are very clean and big. Nice view of downtown.

Cons:

Some furniture is a bit older. Housekeeping was only done every second day.

Cons:

$32 per day to park a vehicle. Only thing mentioned in the booking amenities highlights was parking onsite. No mention that there was an additional charge. Had that info been readily available, we would have booked somewhere else. Very disappointed in both the hotel and booking.com.
