Great variety at the hot breakfast
DONT for get the fresh chocolate chip cookies at night
Convenient location. Friendly staff
Everything was clean and well kept. A great place to stop.
Ashley, the night concierge was AMAZING. Genuinely such a sweetheart. Comfortable bed, room felt clean. Breakfast was pretty decent, wouldn't have minded a bit more variety but hey it's free.
Room felt muggy, smelled of mildew but wasn't noticeable once we turned down the air. The pictures definitely look nicer than reality. With that being said, I think it was worth the cost. The daytime concierge was not as friendly, I tried to bring up an issue with our room door not locking and she wouldn't even come to the desk, never noticed I was there she was so focused on her phone.
Close to everything
More options on breakfast
Breakfast was ok.
Bread for toast was a bit stale so when it was toasted it became very hard.

Everything
The staff was great and the room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast that was included was very good.
Very nice stay for an overnight stop on my way to Miami. The front desk lady was super nice and explained breakfast and cookies between 6:30-8:30 pm. The room was older but clean and VERY quiet, which I love. Everything was easy peasy!
The breakfast and selection was outstanding and the staff could not have been nicer and more willing to assist with any needs.

The Staff was excellent!!
We stayed at the Best Western Plus Kingsland (Georgia) on July 26, 2026. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly greeted by a female hotel desk worker who was very helpful, cheerful, and friendly. She assigned us to room 227, and we went upstairs to check out the room. Things took an interesting turn upon arrival, as the key cards we were given did not open the door. However, upon grabbing the door handle, the door opened easily. We closed the door and tried it again--it opened again without using the key. We returned to the front desk and reported the door lock situation. The desk worker apologized saying she'd never encountered that situation before. She advised that she'd report the issue to maintenance, and promptly assigned us to another room -- room 109 down the hall.
The room was relatively clean, and the door locked as it should have. We felt better and brought our stuff inside for the night. The only issue we noticed was rather weak shower water pressure, which we decided we could live with. The next morning we enjoyed a good breakfast, after which we loaded our stuff and went out to our car to pack up and leave. Upon returning to our room our key cards suddenly didn't work. We pulled on the handle and the door opened easily--just like room 227 the day before! We closed the door and tried again without the key card -- the door opened. My wife was mortified, as she'd left her purse in the room while we had loaded the car. What if someone had come behind us and simply opened the door like we did? We no longer felt secure knowing that the door lock key system had apparently once again malfunctioned.
We checked out of our room, and explained the situation to the morning desk worker. She was very empathetic, advising that she'd notify management and maintenance. She stated that the hotel takes such customer issues seriously and that the night worker had also notified others of this issue. She advised that the issue would be addressed and apologized for the situation.
We've stayed with Best Western many times over the last several years, but never have had issues with doors freely opening with no key. Hopefully, this is a one-off fluke door key system failure that never happens again. But it is unsettling to think that it is possible that our rooms aren't as secure as they should be. We will be double and triple - checking our door locks in the future. You may want to do the same.
Everything was excellent!
