Never stayed here and never got a response for my cancellation! This hotel doesn’t communicate and neither does the customer care number listed!!!! Beyond frustrated!
Horrible experience with communication

Everything . And it was dirty and had bed bugs
Breakfast was more than what I expected .

Did not ask, but do you offer a slip free bath mat?
Fire alarm went off but no explanation given the next day. Staff seemed unaware of it.

Outside wasn’t taken care of. Garbage cans filled to the top and spilling over. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all.
Things didnt work electrical wires showing tv not working outlets looked dangerously broken
Just the location, it was nearby where I wanted to be in Pittsburgh
The bathroom in the reception area, wasn’t clean, had mold spots around the sink, and one of the bathroom stalls sinks wasn’t waiting, the room carpet had play dough stuck in it, the windows weren’t clean and the bath tub had some mold spots, also the elevator wasn’t clean, the pool water was cloudy and looked that there were black spots at the bottom on the pool

No maintenance person on property AC and refrigerator did not work said they could not fix it. They would move us.
Convenient location, right off a major road
There was a French fry on the floor of the bathroom behind the door, feces on the toilet tank, and the bathroom shower was just horrid. The beds were small and very uncomfortable. Everything just seemed dirty. There were no towels in the pool area, and all the workers just said "of course there's no towels because I'm the only one around here who works".
