Loved the super welcoming and pet-friendly staff, the jacuzzi in our room, the easy access to EV charger, and the breakfast!
Our room definitely smelled like stale cigarette smoke, despite being an entirely no-smoking property. One of the lamp shades was broken too.
It was a clean quiet comfortable room.
This hotel, like others where we've stayed lately is showing its age. It was hard to tell how well the grounds around the hotel are being maintained (needed attention when we were there) as Indianapolis had just experienced some serious flooding.

It was nice and staff was very friendly and helpful with any needs. I felt safe at this facility

I liked that the property was close enough to the convention center for a short uber drive
The facilities and the staff on the property were poor. The sheets were visibly stained and torn and the staff told us that’s normal and that the sheets had been cleaned. The bed also had a severe slant to it and slanted toward the headboard. The hotel was fully booked so I understand not being able to switch rooms however with such an issue with the facilities I at least expected some form of compensation in perhaps a credit of sorts as we were staying there for four nights. I talked to the front desk. Supposedly a note was left for the manager. I checked back twice and no follow up was done. One day when I checked we were offered to switch rooms however we were leaving for the day in the morning and coming back at night and they would not be able to hold the room for us. I would never stay here again. This is not the same standard I am used to for this chain when I have stayed in other states. Only stay here if you can’t afford a better place and be prepared to sleep in a bed with stained sheets
I liked all the windows and the views they had.
Hot tub Jacuzzi did not work so I paid for a room that just had an extra bathtub in it and huge daddy long legs in the hot tub thankfully they weren’t poisonous.
Everything is excellent!! The breakfast was not what I expected, you served continental breakfast not a breakfast. It was just toast, coffee and some apple… I was expecting eggs, milk, cereal, etc. very disappointed it!

The parts that had been remodeled were nice.
The elevator was not working properly and it was slow to each floor from the lobby floor to the 4th floor and the doors would re open even after the floor was selected.
