The breakfast was good!
Our experience was unfortunately disappointing due to poor customer service and inconsistent communication from the staff.
When we arrived, we were initially told that an accessible room with a roll-in shower was available. We were then told it wasn’t available and that they weren’t sure if they would be able to accommodate us. After continuing to ask for clarification, we were informed that they did have a room with a roll-in shower, but it would not be ready until 3:00 p.m.
The staff did not seem to understand the urgency of our situation. We were in town for my sister’s wedding and needed to get ready for the rehearsal. Because of the delays and confusion surrounding our room, we arrived late to an important family event.
To make matters worse, we later needed a plunger for our room. When we called the front desk, the employee didn’t seem to know what a plunger was or even how to spell the word, which made resolving a simple issue unnecessarily frustrating.
As someone who relies on accessible accommodations, clear communication and knowledgeable staff are incredibly important. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below our expectations.

I like that they moved us when original room had a broken bed and drug paraphernalia found. Pool looked clean. Called said we left item there.
Cleaned new room had sticky floors.
Missed breakfast dud to only bring open until 9 but check out at 11 and no one gave us any info, had to Google it.
Stained old mattresses sitting next to the ice maker.
It's one thing to be under construction but maybe start with the rooms not the conference hall.
Lastly one mattress had an open spring box spring ao everytime someone adjusted the slightest it squeal
Good location. Plenty of restaurants and a Walmart and Lowes are all in walking distance . It is kept up nice. They have a nice breakfast set up by the lobby with a mixture of food.
The First Room I have assigned was not actually ready which there is no coffee maker, the hot water and water of the bathroom is not actually working (pluming issue) so I needed to ask front desk to change room which I need to wait a couple hours.

The customer service at the front counter was great.
The breakfast we came down Monday morning at 7:30 and was told there were no more eggs ,and they were not going to make any more food ,the hotel was packed with sports events and not enough breakfast or juice .
The location was perfect for us and the all of the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed by all the staff and felt secure.
The water pressure in our rooms shower was nonexistent unless it was on the very hottest setting and it felt like our skin was burning off. Our AC unit was very fidgety as it turned on and off all night long and created an uncomfortablely hot temperature within the room while trying to sleep.
Big rooms, easy check in, clean updated rooms, good breakfast
The breakfast staff were a little hard to work with. It also seemed very early to close breakfast down at 9am on a Friday.
Lady at check in was very busy but maintained a professional but extremely friendly attitude, which isn't always easy in customer service. The pool was fantastic the color changing light made for a wonderful night swim.
You could tell that our room had not been swept, it wasn't filthy just needed swept especially in the bathroom. Lighting could be improved.
Room was very clean pool area was great and breakfast was great as well. Staff were super helpful and very accommodating.

Carpet wet and toilet loose. Had to get moved to another room. Remodeling overdue.
They were working on updates I hope they will continue. The hotel has a nice clean appearance. The handicap room we stayed in will need an update next for the bathroom. Things were bit outdated in there but neat and clean.
The room itself was fine
There was no ventilation in the bathroom. It was hot and humid with no fan.
