Worst experience ever !!!
Pros:

Check in is 3 pm arrived at 430 . Person at desk couldn’t find a room for us. Reservations were made in June and confirmed. Manager called, he rearranged a few things . 20 minutes later we had a room. We prepaid in June for 2 nights. We brought some of our luggage in , went to go back to the car , elevator button not working . You had to go up in the elevator 1st to go to the lobby or take the stairs . When being assigned a room the manager stated he gave us a room away from the kids that were there for a baseball championship. There were kids running up and down the halls . As I’m getting ready to go out for the evening , there is a knock at my door , a hotel representative is there telling me I was suppose to checkout. Told him we had reservations for 2 nights. He said he would extend our stay . Morning comes . Going for breakfast . Hallway stinks and there is a 1/2 full bottle of vodka in the hallway. Housekeeping ladies also in the hallway. No one picked it up. Go for breakfast . Ordered a Nan bread breakfast sandwich. Waited 15 minutes to be served a breakfast pizza. The ladies in the restaurant were very apologetic and did comp our breakfast. Back to the room to check out we have a bill for over $200 ! We had prepaid. We go to the desk ask for the manager . She won’t be back for20 minutes. The person at the desk was confrontational and not helpful at all. He basically stalled until the manger arrived. Then I find out I was not only charged $200+ but a separate $481 for the 2 original nights. She apologized (of course ) and credits my account but that won’t show for 3 days . Total over $700 they tried to steal from me !!!!!!! Let alone the time and anxiety they caused.
Do they not realize there is a school for hospitality in RI !!!!!!!!!

Pros:

Facilidades bien limpias y cuidadas. Hermoso.

Cons:

La comida en el restaurante. Ordené arroz y estaba crudo, sin sabor; y la carne quemada. El desayuno bufete es bueno, las ensaladas y hamburguesas.

Noise poorly controlled and management disengaged from guest comfort.
Pros:

My wife and I recently stayed three nights at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick. On paper, the hotel checked a lot of boxes. Parking is plentiful and free, the location is convenient just off I-95 and one exit from T.F. Green Airport, and it's only a short drive from shopping and most destinations around Warwick.

There was no line at check-in. We were assigned a first-floor room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and featured a very comfortable bed. After a long day of traveling, I was looking forward to getting a good night's sleep because I had to leave at 5:30 the next morning for a long drive to Vermont to attend a funeral.

Unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Around 2:00 a.m., the occupants of the room next door began talking loudly and playing music. I first knocked on the wall, hoping they simply didn't realize how much noise they were making. It quieted down briefly before starting up again, so I called the front desk around 2:30 am. After some time, someone came to speak with them, but the peace didn't last.

Around 3:00 a.m., the disturbance resumed once again. This time my wife and I went to the front desk ourselves. We were told the hotel has a strict two-warning policy and were also told, "I knew they were going to be a problem." At that point, all I wanted was a few hours of uninterrupted sleep before a very long day.

Back in our room, we could hear security speaking with the neighbors once again. The conversation in the hallway was loud enough that it became another disturbance in itself. The guests remained in their room (after I heard one of the occupants say "I will go to the front desk to sort this out." Before long the noise started all over again.

By about 4:00 a.m., I was debating whether to call the front desk for a third time when security arrived on their own. I appreciated that they recognized the issue without another call from us, but the discussion outside the room lasted around ten minutes and was easily audible from our room. The guests were finally removed sometime before 4:30 a.m., but by then the night was essentially over. I never got back to sleep before my alarm went off an hour later.

Later that day, while I was traveling, the hotel texted me a guest satisfaction survey. I rated the stay a "2" out of 5, assuming someone from management would reach out considering the overnight events, our multiple complaints, and the fact that another guest had ultimately been removed from the hotel.

No one ever contacted me.

My wife had also asked to be moved to another room after the first night's experience. That request was never accommodated, and there was no follow-up from management at any point during our stay.

Ironically, our third night brought another set of noisy neighbors. It wasn't nearly as disruptive as the first night, but it reinforced the impression that guest comfort simply wasn't being managed very well. My wife reported it, but as it was not yet 10pm, her complaint was dismissed outright. Her request for a room change was also dismissed without consideration.

To be fair, the room itself was comfortable, the hotel appeared clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. I also recognize that hotels can't control the behavior of every guest.

What they can control is how they respond.

In my opinion, the response was too slow, the repeated delays allowed the disruption to continue for hours, and the complete lack of follow-up after multiple complaints was disappointing. The hotel had several opportunities to restore our confidence, including after receiving my survey response while I was still a guest. None of those opportunities were taken.

Based on me experiences, I would not stay here again if I return to Warwick. There are too many other options in the area, and while the room met my expectations, the overall handling of the situation did not. I am actually hesitant to consider any Crowne Plaza property in the future.
