Your key will be deposited at 3pm in our key box by the hotel entrance. We will send you the key box number and the pin code some days before arrival via mail through Booking.com.

The entrance for vehicles is located in Kreuthstrasse, retrievable by GPS systems by entering Im Kreuth. Car parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Гарний комфортний готель, чистий, гарні краєвиди, смачні сніданки.

Cons:

При заселені в готель, в скриньку де знаходилися ключі від самого готелю і кімнати, неправильно створили пін код, помилилися одну цифру, і ми не змогли зайти в готель десь годину (В готелі рецепсія працює лише з 8до 12 ранку). Добре, що пара яка поселялася з нами знайшла персонал в середині готелю і нам потом відкрили. На Смс які ми писали нам не відповідали.

Exactly what we wanted - location, views, breakfast & good value for money.
Pros:

Stunning views from breakfast room / outside, peaceful location overlooking town & mountains, lovely breakfast. Easy parking.

Cons:

Access was awkward - both from carpark down to reception and then up to room. Not recommended for those with mobility issues.
