Short, sweet, smooth
Pros:

Process of booking and checking into hotel was easy and smooth process. Staff were helpful with any questions we had and were more than happy to assist with any troubles during stay.

Cons:

Expectations were met with what we expected when entering room. No complaints to be made.

I liked how close it was to concert venues

Cons:

I didn't like that it said breakfast was included but it was just a dining credit. Towards the restaurant down stairs.

Other than the fact that no pool no microwave it was OK but I probably won’t stay there anymore because I like to be abl

Being on the 11th floor

Cons:

No swimming pool. And no microwaves in the room and no complementary breakfast although they had a restaurant but it was very very pricey. $28 for a special hamburger that sucker better be made out of gold.
