They didn't clean the rooms while staying there, no clean towels. No taking out trash.

Premium rates, below-average experience.

Cons:

Staff were unorganized, and not motivated. We paid $44/night for valet, who by the way never seemed to be at the valet desk, nor fetching cars. We also stayed in a part of the hotel that was not secure.

It was nice but probably wouldn’t do it again for that price.

Cons:

They stated my room was upgraded but seemed not as good as the one I reserved. I reserved the suite with a garden tub for a reason and the one they gave us didn’t even have a tub period. I was very upset
