Great hotel, but aircon kept breaking
Pros:

Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Beds and pillows lovely and comfy and rooms were spacious and clean. Location is great for exploring Boston.

Cons:

Our air conditioning unit kept breaking. The rooms do not have external windows, so you rely on the aircon. It broke 4 days running and although the maintenance staff tried to fix it, it kept breaking again. Eventually we got moved to another room, for the air on to break again. We ended up relying on a large fan the hotel provided. It's a shame because other than this, the hotel was great.

The location was fantastic Easy transport downtown was right outside

Cons:

Choice of rooms for a solo traveller seemed limited and I was in a suite above the onsite parking Noisy! Breakfast was poor, in fact, the worst of my 10 day stay in US I gave it a miss on my second day

Pros:

When the subway is working, the location is great both for train and buses central stations. Also it could be a nice 20+ min. walk to key arts museums. The room was tidy and with a rather spacious bethroom. It is also always great to have an iron with desk in the room.
A neutral comment: the Town House rooms are in a weird construction in the middle of the hotel building with windows facing other perople's doors, a bit like the Truman Show

Cons:

I'm waiting for a return of USD 150 deposit for a month after checking out. All other hotels during my stay in the US have already returned the deposit either in cash (if applicable) or as a bank transfer within a week. Don't know what takes this deposit so long.
The breakfast was not the best in quality and variety, but it's typical for american style. However, it was weird to see only herbal teas without black or green ones.

Great location, great beds it needs a good-deep clean and systems upgrades.
Pros:

I liked the Location, bed, and open spaces throughout the hotel, and the staff was very friendly and responsive.
There were many stores and activities within walking distance, and the location was really easy for Uber coordination.

Cons:

The room was dark and smelled really moldy. When we got there, the carpet was wet. We had problems with the TV and internet because previous guests messed with the systems, but nobody checked to fix them before our check-in; the AC broke twice, and the room temperature never felt comfortable. The carpet and shower felt dirty.

Bad check-in service and no help to my receipt request.
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Counter service is not helpful and not warm. I sent two requests to booking.com to ask for my receipt, but I received none after two days! The counter is also not helpful.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location
Pros:

The hotel is across the street from the tram station, which is great, especially at the end of the day.
Breakfast could have been better.
We had a room without a window which was a little strange.
Still, very comfortable and clean which is what matters most.

Cons:

The parking is expensive for such a high priced hotel.
