Pros:

Good size room

Cons:

A lack of A window to outside. Poor reception early but it did improve. The opening of the bar was a chore. Lack of bathroom accessories

Hotel, staff and room are good except basis supplies
Pros:

Overall Hotel is good. The staff is accomodative and good

Cons:

The hotel provides individual tubes of Shampoo and Body wash. We stayed there 4 nights for 3 days and they could not provide the shampoo or body wash! They said they ran out and had no supply. On the last day they did not provide toilet paper; I'm not sure why.

Enjoyable stay overall. Love the decor and room set up. Nice clean and easy to walk or get the train to town.
Pros:

Really liked the style of the hotel with very nice lobby area.

Cons:

Fitness suite was okay, needs a little attention as some machines didn’t work.

Fusball tables didn’t have a ball which means you can’t relax and play a game with friends.

Excelente lugar, barrio muy tranquilo y de muy fácil acceso
Pros:

La ubicación en el barrio de Brookline es muy tranquila y muy accesible a través de la green line a todos lados. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Si bien en la habitación nos dejaban ropa blanca limpia todos los días la limpieza en general podría mejorarse

Dystopian atmosphere. Horrible TV experience. Terrible WI-FI. Seems like rooms are boxes stuffed into a warehouse with no windows.

Location is excellent. Room is good size but disappointed with condition of bathroom and ac unit.
Pros:

room was good size and had a comfortable bed and nice view

Cons:

Room was a little worn. Bathroom door had a hole in it. AC unit did not work properly and did not effectively cool the room .Breakfast offering was very limited and the hotel ran out of many breakfast items during the morning serving.

JUST PERFECT! Book when the opportunity presents itself!
Pros:

My husband and I attended the 26 Harvard graduation and needed to be in the area. We LOVED that the hotel was easily accessible via the bus and train route. (We had a rent a car and yes you can park underneath the hotel for a fee.)

Hotel is a short walk to LOTs of eateries! Groceries are nearby as well. (Trader Joe’s and Hmart to name a few) we wished we stayed longer here but the graduation was the last leg of our trip.

Cons:

None! It was perfect :)
