Pros:

When we checked in, the man at the desk was so very nice and friendly and always had a smile! I forget his name, but he was at the desk the whole weekend of 8/14-8/16 and he had a smile for us every time and was quick to answer questions and be helpful. My daughters were very impressed that we all got cookies upon check-in!

It was unfortunate but I feel like communication could’ve been sent out to customers.
Pros:

The hotel and room was nice and cleanly.

Cons:

The power went out and the elevators were down , air conditioner didn’t work and breakfast was not open due to the circumstances.

First off I was told the Rooms AC don’t go below 72. Our room got up to 75 degrees at one point so 2/3 nights I couldn’t even sleep properly

This was the worse experience I’ve had, and will not return!!
Pros:

That I was moved to the first floor. The elevators were out and I couldn’t climb three flights of stairs again.

Cons:

There were no better solutions to the air conditioning problem! The hotel was hot from beginning to end! And only one person assisted the guests while 2 others stood around and watched. No one wanted to just talk to the guests and figure out how they could just reassure us that everything would be ok.
I do not plan on stay here again!! The parking lot reeked of weed smoke, guests were just hanging out around the property. And no one made sure guests were safe in the parking lot while trying to enter since the parking lot lights were out. I didn’t feel safe at all!
