Staff were very kind. Buffalo shrimp were good.
Room was run down. Bathroom was run down. A large roach greeted me at the elevators for my check out. Wouldn’t have never eaten or stayed there had the roach greeted me on my checkin instead of my check out. I have more photos of the poorly maintained room however only 4 were permitted.

We stayed here as a group for a softball tournament. The hotel is severely understaffed. Our room was not serviced once in the 4 nights we were there. We had to go down and ask for towels as no one was available to answer on chat through their app or when we called repeatedly. There was fresh blood spattered all over the carpet by the ice machine. Multiple people brought it to the staffs attention but no attempts were made to clean it up. Guests were smoking weed in the elevator and the smell permeated your clothing in the ride to your floor. I did request our room to be serviced as the shower was not draining and we had a softball field of dirt on the bottom of the tub. That request was not met and when I brought it to the front desks attention they said that I did not have enough nights on my stay for the bathroom to be cleaned. Our trash wasn't taken out and there was dirt on the floor when we got in the room that was never cleaned. There was no management on duty, just one guy at the front desk who had no authority to do anything. I would not stay here again. I would volunteer to pay the buyout for Stay to Play and stay in a Marriot where my room gets serviced and I have clean towels. This hotel appears to be going under and customer service is not a priority at this point.

הבריכה לא היתה נקיה ולא היה מובן מתי אפשר להיכנס אליה, הדלתות בחדר היו בעייתיים לא נסגרו ונפתחו בקלות.
המגירות כל הזמן נפתחו מעצמן.
Location, close to highway
The location is very convenient and in a quiet area. The on-site restaurant is very good and reasonable for dinner and drinks. The breakfast has everything you might want.
No cribs or pack and play, the facility responded the day of my check out that there is no more cribs available anymore
Friendly staff
The ac in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and they got us a new room.
