the breakfast. we stayed at a choice hotel in Knoxville TN and the breakfast there was phenominal. the breakfast here paled in comparison.

It was very handicap accessible. I was very surprised to find such a nice hotel at an affordable price. Breakfast was amazing.

Bed Bugs to a Funeral and Poor Management Customer Service
Pros:

Location was perfect for our purpose of travel, close to family and food. Plenty of room availability it seemed and parking was good with plenty of space.

Cons:

Lobby management failed to read the booking room request and 1st assigned my wife child and me to a one-bedroom King. While we waited in that room they sent someone with a new room key. After staying the second room assigned, I awaken at 2:30 or so in the morning with Bed Bug bites. Showed management and was assigned another room the third. throughout the day and night there was people loafing around their cars presenting an unsafe environment. Upon check out Management disputed my claim of being bit by bed bugs even after showing her the pictures and letting her see my neck and face. I had already enjoyed a Trivago discount, so we were not looking for a discount but simply an apology or something for the inconvenience the situation caused but simply got the boot goodbye. Poor customer service. We will not be referring anyone to this hotel or be back again if I can help it. I had stayed in this Hotel before for a Mason Ball and previously enjoyed the experience. Management need only live up to their own room errors, correct the errors and apologize properly and sincerely and enjoy continued good reviews. The Bed bugs room assignment and the end Checkout negative experience prevented any good reviews or referrals from me.

Nice but not wortg the price due to being under construction
Pros:

Most of the staff were very friendly, and my kids LOVED the pool.

Cons:

We did not know that there was construction going on. We could not walk through the halls therefore we had to walk around the outside of the building in order to get to the pool and to breakfast in the morning, and our phone didn't work. We were also told at 9:45am that they would not make more biscuits for the gravy because breakfast ended at 10:00am.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Only one employee named Luna was pleasant to deal with and respectful. Pool was nice

Cons:

Outdated unrenovated rooms, breakfast was poor, hot tub was under construction, half of the sauna did not work. Not worth the price.

It worked for the stay for one night.
Pros:

The breakfast was not good!

Cons:

The room didnt appear to have been fully cleaned. Beds were made towels changed out, however previous guest stuff left there not removed. Bathroom was not clean, floors were dirty. The cost was too much for one night for an outdated establishment. The facility needs an upgrade. The amenities were closed off/ some type of construction going on. That is what we were paying for

Бассейн и полуработающая сауна. Нормальный завтрак.

Cons:

Везде ремонт. Все указанные в объявлении удобства для детей не работают. Баскетбольная площадка не работает, джакузи не работает, игровая комната не работает, в сауне один нагреватель не работает и не хватает мощности, чтобы её нагреть. В фитнес зале тоже ничего не работает, всё старое. Приезжали пожарные, звенела тревога, в общем ужас, а не отель. Не верьте описанию про отель! Ничего не работает, везде всё навалено, валяется на полу и идёт ремонт! В комнате освещение плохое, очень темно. В душе всего пара тюбиков, чтобы мыться. Не понимаю, как можно на семью из 4 человек так мало.
