Not worth the money
Pros:

Only one employee named Luna was pleasant to deal with and respectful. Pool was nice

Cons:

Outdated unrenovated rooms, breakfast was poor, hot tub was under construction, half of the sauna did not work. Not worth the price.

It worked for the stay for one night.
Pros:

The breakfast was not good!

Cons:

The room didnt appear to have been fully cleaned. Beds were made towels changed out, however previous guest stuff left there not removed. Bathroom was not clean, floors were dirty. The cost was too much for one night for an outdated establishment. The facility needs an upgrade. The amenities were closed off/ some type of construction going on. That is what we were paying for

Обманули объявлением, не предложили компенсацию, не стоит своих денег, дети расстроены. Не рекомендую!!!

Бассейн и полуработающая сауна. Нормальный завтрак.

Cons:

Везде ремонт. Все указанные в объявлении удобства для детей не работают. Баскетбольная площадка не работает, джакузи не работает, игровая комната не работает, в сауне один нагреватель не работает и не хватает мощности, чтобы её нагреть. В фитнес зале тоже ничего не работает, всё старое. Приезжали пожарные, звенела тревога, в общем ужас, а не отель. Не верьте описанию про отель! Ничего не работает, везде всё навалено, валяется на полу и идёт ремонт! В комнате освещение плохое, очень темно. В душе всего пара тюбиков, чтобы мыться. Не понимаю, как можно на семью из 4 человек так мало.

Pros:

The room was not clean and there was stuff left in there from the previous guest. The wall had a hole and I was not informed of this before upon checking in. Which I took pictures and spoke with the front desk about the situation.

Nothing. This place was awful. Very old, dirty, and musty. Cleaning lacks a lot. The carpeting is worn and very smelly. The banquet room are in desperate need renovation.

Pros:

Location was nice minus construction.

Cons:

Sedona Taphouse. I ordered guacamole and chips. Had a sticker from avocado in my food. I know mistakes happen but nothing no sorry or anything def didn’t finish eating it.
