No more Clarion stays for me
Pros:

Breakfast and Donna, the woman who came down when I complained was very cordial

Cons:

Airconditioning kept me awake...room was so dark I could barely see...worst was finding to blood spots on my sheets !

It was clean enough to stay in but I will not stay there again.

It was under renovation. The phone did not work in my room, the ice machine did not work, there was no door on the bathroom in my room, the breakfast was cold.

We would try another stay when the hotel remodel is complete.
Pros:

The beds were comfy and the staff was nice.

Cons:

Our room was under construction. There was drywall dust, no towel or toilet paper holders in the bathroom, and we did not have a bathroom door. I feel that what we paid for the room was not worth being in a room that was not finished and still under construction.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room was still being remodeled and had no bathroom door and was directly next to a stairwell that was a construction zone where work started just after 7 am. The air compressor was running before 7.

The worst experience ever! bathroom flooded and had the evacuat our room. Told we would receive a full refund but still

We arrived late and were given a recently renovated not completed room. No bathroom door or cupboards. On the next day our toilet flooded the bathroom. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night.
The hotel said they would give us a full refund but we are still waiting!!!

Dirty, tacky, and not worth your money.
Pros:

The photos online make it look much nicer than in person. Stains everywhere on carpets in halls and rooms, beds were hard, the restaurant attached did not have good food, it was cold- and we had to walk a good mile to get to the pool- where underage drinking was going on and it was packed the entire time. Horrible experience.

Cons:

Was dirty- stains on carpet in hallways and rooms- we rented two. Rooms were VERY far from pool and main hotel. Smelled like weed everywhere, pool was full of people who had open beer cans near the hot tub and pool. Gaming area had ONE game that you paid for. Paid way too much to stay here.

Pros:

It was comfortable , clean and I had no issues besides my dresser plugs did not work and the walls are kind of thin I could hear water running, talking in the hallways etc but other than that it was great

Cons:

I wish a tub was optional , I hear water running in the bathroom for a long time but it wasnt running . My dresser plugs aren't working. Also online pricing didnt match to when I got there it was more so it was a small inconvenience otherwise I would have stayed longer
