Pros:

Great central location for our visit

Cons:

No parking at the address but you could quickly drop off your luggage etc as opposite were some permit parking bays which we used very quickly to drop everything off at.
Long stay parking was 5 mins walk away and very reasonably priced.

Pros:

Great convenient location, very clean and tidy.

Cons:

Second occasion on which we have stayed at properties with no staff! Really don’t like this. Too impersonal and unwelcoming.

Do not stay here - youth hostel not hotel - loud music until early morning hours an
Pros:

Location was central in Henley

Cons:

This is an absolute scam - this hotel is over a bar/night club - they noise was unreal during the night and totally unacceptable. The rooms were so small you could hardly turn around in them. The blinds were letting in a lot of light so you couldn’t sleep for long. There was not front desk - this isn’t really hotel it’s more like a youth hostel. The price for this is unacceptable and if I wanted a party hotel I would book that but making it seem like a luxurious hotel is just illegal fake marketing. I complained about my stay and they did nothing but deny it was their responsibility.

Great location and clean
Pros:

The location was perfect being in central Henley, minutes from the river and restaurants. It was clean and the staff wonderful. Would stay there again. The rooms are very small but that was expected, great value for money.

Fabulous location and an overall terrific stay!
Pros:

The location of the Rioshouse is fabulous for those attending the Henley Royal Regatta -- one simply cannot stay any closer to the Regatta finish line. And the hotel is super convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. It is a hotel with no reception but that never posed a problem. Keyless entry into the hotel, then our room, all went smoothly. And any questions were expeditiously answered by the hotel via the app. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day of our stay, with fresh towels provided. We would cheerfully stay here again.
