One of IHG’s best Executive Lounges
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom. The executive lounge was spectacular. It has a wide selection of tasty bites. The staff were attentive and nice. One of the staff even took the time to peel and cut an apple for my daughter. Thank you so much for your excellent service. We will definitely visit again.

Pros:

Chambre très propres. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Très bon équipement et personnel très professionnel et disponible.

Excellent staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

Beat location, easy to commute and lota of restaurants near by. Good for family stay too. Thanks to the courteous staff (especially Thanida) for her kindness and support.

Great experience all around!
Pros:

My husband and I have been traveling for almost a year and this is one of our favorite hotels in Bangkok! This is our third time staying here. We are always treated so well and with our IHG diamond status we have throughly enjoyed our suite upgrade and the Executive Lounge experience! Our lounge hostesses Phaifha & Toey have been consistently attentive and so very kind and have made our stay exceptional. Also - the water pressure here is AMAZING!! Highly recommended staying at this hotel!

Deluxe rooms have poor views
Pros:

The Deluxe room was clean and comfortable, but be aware that the hotel places these rooms as low as Floor 5, where the view is completely blocked by street infrastructure. You may pay good money for a poor view. These rooms should not be marketed as deluxe, and the reception should ask about preferences if they are marketed as such. I just automatically assumed they would give me a room with a view. Hence, I see it as a typical industry trick. But, whatever.
