Posizione intermedia tra Toronto e Niagara Falls comoda per visitare entrambe. Struttura moderna e pulita con camere sufficientemente ampie (quasi tutte). Buona colazione.
Personale non sempre volonteroso e competente. Check in e check out lenti e laboriosi. Una camera (più costosa delle altre) ci è stata consegnata con un letto non preparato. Non vale quello che paghi.

I EQUESTED THE HANDICAP ROOM. THEY SAID YOU SHOULD MENTION ON BOOKING.COM THAT YOU NEED HANDICAP ROOM. EVEN I CALLED HOTEL BEFORE MY ARRIVAL. MORE THAN 2 WEEKS.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful new hotel in Mississauga, Canada. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the modern design, cleanliness, excellent value, and attention to detail throughout the property.
A special thank you to the front desk team member who greeted us warmly every day. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We were also fortunate to receive a room upgrade to a stunning top-floor suite with incredible views, impressive cathedral-height ceilings, and a bright, spacious layout.
The room was exceptional — beautifully designed, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with a full kitchen featuring modern appliances, a great Nespresso coffee machine, excellent lighting, an open closet design, and plenty of comfortable space. The bathroom was fantastic, with a large accessible shower area and a layout that was especially accommodating for wheelchair users. The hotel clearly put thought into accessibility, with spacious doors and accessible areas throughout the property.
The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have experienced at a hotel. The egg bites, waffle maker, fresh coffee, and flavorful juices (that were not watered down like at many hotels) were all excellent and made for a great start to each day.
The location is also ideal — close to many restaurants, movie theaters, major highways, and the waterfront, making it convenient for both relaxation and exploring the area. Free parking was another wonderful benefit.
This hotel truly stands out for its combination of modern comfort, cleanliness, accessibility, great amenities, excellent pricing, and outstanding customer service. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mississauga!
