Good staff and location, but not for someone is looking for cleanliness and quietness.

Location is good. Staff is friendly and helpful to accommodate my request.

Cons:

The facility is very old. Each room has an indoor Aircon (or cooler/warmer?) it is very loud and it faces the desk that I can barely sit at the desk because the wind from Aircon is so strong (I tried to turn it down, didn’t work at all).
I found a spider hanging above the toilet from the glass, and found a fly on my bed. I feel like it’s not a cleaning issue, but more of that the facility is so old.
In addition, if I turn the Aircon a bit higher so there is less wind and the cooler isn’t running that often, I can smell something like an old or mold facility.

The location was good. Safe area, metro near by.

Cons:

There was a child running in the hall at 2 AM! Hallway noise was loud, ice machine loud. The bathroom could use touch up calk, looking grimy.

La recepcionista una persona asiatica.
Es una persona super grosera. Le iba a dar mi pasaporte y tenia todos los pasaportes de mi familia en la mano. Estaba buscando el mio y empezo a hablarme muy feo diciendome que solo queria mi pasaporte.

Great value! Weak coffee!

Great location. Lovely staff. Easy access to bus and metro-rail.

Cons:

The lobby coffee machine was free but cheap. Weak, watery coffee dispensed into my cup----no matter the "strength level" selected (mild, medium, or bold). The experience was frustrating and disappointing. Please repair or replace; and tune each coffee strength to an acceptable standard.
