Nada no hotel é bom: funcionários mal educados que não se atentaram ao horário do checkout e me acordaram batendo na porta insistentemente pedindo que eu saísse, até eu dizer o horário do checkout no booking e eles ameacarem cobrar mais se eu não saísse até aquele horário. Não tem funcionários para ajudar com a bagagem, se tiver levando muitas malas, você vai carregar sozinho no carrinho velho e com as rodas ruins até o seu andar. Além disso, o quarto é sujo, o banheiro tem uma banheira velha que da até nojo de tomar banho. Parece quarto de filme de terror.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and will never return. The entire experience fell far below basic hospitality standards. You can smell marijuana and cigarettes throughout the hotel lobby. Very heavy marijuana and cigarette smoke as you enter the floor. The rooms had mold in the bathtubs, dirty fixtures, and tub peeling. The building was unsecured at night, and the third-party security guard was unprofessional, asleep, or smoking on duty not trolling or securing the property for safety. The lobby furniture was destroyed and filthy. In-room amenities were non-existent, including broken AC and substandard televisions. No coffee maker or refrigerator in any of the hotel rooms like they have other Days Inn. Out of order vending machines and coffee station in the lobby you're stuck to walk to Starbucks or nearby giant or cvs. None of the employees are in dress code or wearing uniform uniforms or name badges. They're wearing street clothes, bedroom slippers, or sandals. Corporate needs to step in and terminate everyone. This hotel desperately needs a corporate takeover, deep cleaning & update the entire hotel to address these serious issues with running this hotel into the ground.

The hotel was clean but there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room.
Reasonable price for a no frills place in Washington, D.C. No fridge in the room. Only one ice machine worked for 6 floors. Reasonably clean. Laura at the front desk was very helpful. Some good restaurants within walking distance.
We went for the 250th fireworks celebration. We truly enjoyed our stay. The guy with British accent at front desk was really nice, friendly and attentive. Will definitely be staying there again next time we visit.
It was an excellent stay. The location is great—close to a metro station and in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Housekeeping was very professional, and the service at the front desk was excellent. Oh, and the coffee at reception was really good!

El hotel esta algo sucio, no tome café porque vi que el que lo sirvio se le calló el desechable y lo volvió a acomodar. El estacionamiento tenía abejas y no estaba muy comodo.
Upon check in, I was greeted with a kind representative who had an refrigerator delivered as requested. She polite, professional and extremely helpful. At check out, the representative was professional an efficient. She made it easy which allowed me to enjoy the remainder of my day.
Tom --our desk manager-- made our stay easy. We were stranded by American Airlines in DC and this location is so easy to get to. We needed the extra TLC and Tom provided it: helped us with our credit card and room selection. He has a good sense of humor and is kind.
