You get what you pay for - would stay again to visit DC on a budget
Pros:

Conveniently located ~8 min away from the metro station leading to the city center. Neighborhood felt safe (located close to several foreign embassies)

Parking is $25/night, which is cheaper than most DC hotels. However, we easily found street parking spots in the neighboring streets, which were free for the time we were there (weekend + holiday).

Good value for money

Cons:

Building is very old and dated, and is in dire need for some refurbishing. Some of the bathtub coating was peeling off. The carpet looks outdated. That being said, you get what you pay for - it was kept clean.

Comfortable stay closr to ametro station, in need of refurbsihment
Pros:

Location close to the metro, sizable room, comfortable mattress

Cons:

Dated decoration and facilities. The bathtub enamel was scraped, there was rust at places in the bathroom.

Good value for money
Pros:

If you are flying to DC. Go to Regan airport. Dulles is too far out. Long way on metro. Bed line. Comfortable citten. All good

Cons:

No fridge or kettle for making tea in room. Old AC system. Very noisy as it switches on and off.

Recomendado para uma estadia a trabalho.
Pros:

Gostei do fato do hotel receber as encomendas e não cobrar pelo recebimento. Para uma acomodação a trabalho, é o suficiente. A internet é boa e o quarto é espaçoso. A cama é bem confortável. O móvel da televisão tem várias gavetas, muito bom para guardar os pertences. Boa localização, perto de uma CVS, restaurantes, mercados e uma estação de metrô. Para quem gosta de andar, a 20 minutos de caminhada tem uma região de maior comércio, com o Target, Wholy Foods e vários restaurantes, incluindo o Five Guys.

Cons:

O quarto está defasado, precisando de manutenção, principalmente o banheiro. Não tem frigobar. Além disso, não há um armário para guardar as roupas, aquelas que precisam ficar penduradas, ficam expostas nos cabides em frente a porta. Os produtos são muito caros nas máquinas de venda na recepção, é necessário se programar para comprar água, por exemplo, na CVS ou no mercado ao lado, há 200 metros do hotel.

for the price and the area expected a little more. just an basic no frills hotel

I liked that it was near the zoo, and the metro was pretty close.

Cons:

I realize that it was graduation weekend in Washington DC, but $350 was still quite pricey for a days in with a good amount of broken things and very few amenities.
