Popular and decent service. Deceitful charges. Used Marriott points. Recommend staying downtown closer to the park

The breakfast is good and the service is great At the restaurant. The elevator is good and a little loud. I usually like a room near the elevator but the elevators are loud. The entry in the room (212) was awkward with the fridge and kitchen. Traditional coffee maker. I received 2 pending charges ($20 and $70!) on my debit card despite being told that I would only be charged for $20. Very dishonest business acumen. Free parking. I asked about our view for our room, “Mountain View” but was behind the front marquee.
We used points so perhaps we were given a crappy room.
Very busy property. Free parking. Welcoming fire pit.
The shower had one panel of glass. Recently renovated shower?
Clean.
I do not recommend this property because of the deceitful charges
Oat milk.

Pros:

The staff is exceptional! I have stayed twice and both times they exceeded my expectations. This visit Billy has been awesome in accommodating family during the winter storm and inability to get to the airport. Very flexible and helpful in making sure our accommodations were secured. Truly represents the finest in customer service. Thank you. Tracy is a super star also!

Pros:

Price & convenience.

Cons:

We had an adult that had to sleep on the sofa which was terrible. Skinny pad with springs. I suggest your manager sleep on that just one night! That should be better.
