Great location. Great staff. Hotel needs an update. Very close to Bourbon Street. Jackson Square, museums and Frenchman Street.

The bed is hard as a brick!

Je zit midden in het centrum maar geen overlast in het hotel. Prima uitvalsbasis voor downtown Nola. Vanuit hotel kregen we dagpassen voor de streetcar en een waterfles. De conciërge kan tickets boeken (met korting), erg handig.
Als je via Booking boekt wordt er een fee van 25$ per dag toegevoegd. Dit staat nergens op Booking beschreven als je gaat boeken. Je krijgt het te horen van het hotel maar dat is dus echt iets dat niet vanuit het hotel is.
Parkeren is duur.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room.
Clean and most of the staff was friendly. Most. Not all.
Incredibly hot in room. Whole floor was hot. Elevators need modification. Lobby smelled musty
Stay was good at the beginning, until we saw roaches half way through our trip in our room. My family mentioned it to the staff for our room to at least get cleaned, and nothing got cleaned when we returned. We saw two the time being here.
Although the staff, specifically the cart guys were really nice and helpful.

Have not been refreshed for years, no hooks for towels , very wet and have some mold on bathrooms, no safe box
I loved the location and the security that they had to make sure only hotel guests were able to be in the building.
They charged me again for parking as I was leaving even though I was told I had already paid everything at check in. When I was already in the car to leave they stopped me and made me pay again. It was all included in the price of the hotel when I booked it.
