La ubicación, buena calidad de internet, tienen agua saborizadas disponibles free

Cons:

Que solo tenga valer parking (50 dólares por día), en los ascensores no funciona el aire acondicionado y se forma mucho olor feo, no hacen la limpieza de la habitación a diario por tanto no reponen productos de higiene, no cambian las toallas ni sacan la basura (cada tres días lo hacen) el tapiz del baño estaba viejo y despegado

Location was perfect. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Iron didn't work. Replacement iron dripped brown stuff on clothes. Room was supposed to be clean it took 2 days to clean it. Ran out of toilet paper twice. Hallways hot and muggy.

Disappointing
Pros:

The rooms here are in dire need of maintenance, especially the bathroom and broken thermostat. I expected better from a Wyndham. It is in a great location the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Staff was great! It is a block from Bourbon Street. My husband asked staff if the hotel was safe & the area & he was assured that it was. There was security, national guard & police on the street outside the hotel.

Cons:

The only bad thing is that at 4:00 AM the day we were going to check out is that there was a shooting right down from the hotel in front of Walgreen's...no fault of the hotel, of course.
