Cons:

Parking should be included for the guest. The tub in my room (2002) needs to be resurfaced, the toilet runs until you jingle the handle and when you turn on n the shower the water runs from behind the faucet.

I like the location the hotel was in. was in walking distance to so much. The staff at the front desk and the bell men were great . We really loved Calvin. He was very professional.

Cons:

The first staff we were in contact with (valet parking) were not friendly. Did not explain how everything worked with valet parking. gave us a stub and turned his back to us ignoring us.
