The front desk staff were wonderful

Cons:

I did not like the concierge. We asked if they could recommend a good swamp boat tour and she told us she could get us free tickets if we joined their vacation club. And she continue to pressure us to join the vacation club and we could get free tickets and after over five minutes we finally just said, forget it and walked away. I thought a concierge was supposed to help you find what you were looking for and not try to sell you a vacation club timeshare. The room was pretty small. The only updated part of the room was partially renovated bathroom. The closet was so small. You could only hang two or three things in it. I had to leave all of my things in my suitcase I could not unpack it. The view was decent from the room. unfortunately the view from their lobby and restaurant was of a seedy quickie Mart store directly across the street. But the location was excellent. It was within walking distance of Bourbon Street and Canal Street and the street Car. Bed was comfortable enough, the pillows were not.

Paying almost 1k for three nights and not having a mini fridge is insane. Also the extra 120 I had to pay that was seemingly included in the amount I paid when I booked also doesn’t make sense. Will not be staying again.

Convenient, but dont expect much
Pros:

The location is very convenient and the staff were all very good- especially the ladies at the check in desk.

Cons:

It's pretty basic, a little noisy from the street even on the highest floors, room wasnt super clean and the pool level had a very obvious mildew smell.
I also didnt like that the "great rate" had an immediate fee tacked on for "perks."

Great location,ok facility, desk needs to admit there’s a problem with vape sensors instead of fraudulent charges.

They said we triggered a smoking sensor but neither of us smoke. Desk doesn’t care. Many reviews mention this 300$ fine and poor treatment. Called Wyndham and after 45 minutes on the phone it was removed a few days later.
