They offer free Jazzy pass so you can the public transportation as you want. Great location. We got some free tours because we did the time share tour - ask the concierge.
The carpet smelled really bad both inside the room and outside. If you're on the 18th floor, you need to take 2 elevators - very inconvenient.

Valet parking literally went through our stuff that we left in the vehicle.
Ed’s hotel restaurant’s breakfast was so bad everything was either undercooked or overcooked. The staff would take the plates off the table and not even ask if you were done. They came and restocked everything like you would after the people leave to get the table ready for the next person but while we were still seated.
Die Lage ist bestens, das ist aber leider schon alles.
Bei Ankunft muss man eine sogenannte Zielgebühr von 25,-$ entrichten. Damit bekommt man dann eine Gummitrinkflasche, Straßenbahntickets und 15,-$ Preisnachlass (1 mal pro Tag) im eingemieteten Diner. Wie in den USA üblich, bekommt man unmittelbar nachdem man aufgegessen hat, die Rechnung. Nachdem man dann den Voucher gegeben hat, bekommt man dann (vom nunmehr lustlosen Bedienung) eine neue Rechnung mit irgendwelchen Zusatzprozenten, so das die Ersparnis höchstens 6,-$ ausmacht. Konkret bei uns statt ursprünglich 59$ dann nur noch 54$. Logische Konsequenz, kein Trinkgeld.
In dem Hotel gibt es nur Valet-Parken. Nachts um 23:50 rief uns das Front-Desk wegen Problemen mit unserem Autoschlüssel. Also anziehen und 17 Etagen runter. Nach zig Gesprächen war er doch da (wie beruhigend) aber die Nacht war dahin. Keine Entschuldigung, nichts.
Dann wollten wir in den Pool (10. Etage). Der war so keimig, dass wir garnicht erst rein sind. Man konnte bei 1,5m Tiefe den Grund nicht sehen. Schemenhaft lagen dort diverse Taucherbrillen, Haargummis usw.
Das Hotel ist eher etwas für Partyklientel auf Mallorca, denen der Rest egal ist. Hier zählt nur Menge.

Nothing was interesting, only the location on French Quarter which is very busy and noisy. In Addition, not safe at all.

Some staff members rude, bell hops and valet very rude, came flying down in my car hitting speed bumps without slowing down and my car jumped up in the air, slammed our luggage on cart and drinks after I ask to be careful not to break or bust them, no fridge or micro when we checked in, charged for them
The hotel was in a great location, and we loved the Jazzy Pass. The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bellmen and parking attendants were very efficient and courteous.

The staff was great. Location was great.live that you had the key card to go up the elevator. Never cAn be too safe.
Valet was very expensive considering the room was already expensive...no decent lobby. No continental breakfast or
decent snack spot other than the attached restaurant next door. The soda bed was repulsive. Urine and blood stains... By the time I had seen the pullout mattress, the rooms were fully booked and it was after midnight so I was ready to lay down. No room to swap. No sheets or bedding in the room for said pull out mattress.

לא היה מקרר בחדר. באותה קומה לא היה מכשיר לקרח וכל היינו צריכים לעלות להביא קרח, היה חשוב לנו במקום מקרר.
