Cons:

Rooms were terrible, some of the beds had stains on the outside of the bed. Bathroom smelt like sewers. Shower poor, room smelt damp, communal toilet was very very tight and was leaking.
Not a nice place to stay.

Didn’t even bother staying that’s how bad was shocking

Will never stay here again and would advise others not too either.

The location was all that was good

Cons:

The shower didn't work the room was dirty and the ceiling had a big crack in the wallpaper and was just very poor. the bar was never open, there place was just horrible.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Pros:

Arrived to check in at just after 4pm to be greeted by a pregnant woman who spoke very little English. She politely pointed at a notice on the door which said "Emergency Number" please call. So I rang the number - only to be told there had been a "problem" and there were no rooms available. Which didn't help me at all - luckily I managed to get the last room at a place I had stayed at previously - at more additional cost to me !

Cons:

The place looks nothing like it does on the pictures they use on Booking.com. It is being used as a.benefits.hotel - housing Blackpool's finest. 4 weeks have now passed and I am still awaiting my refund from Booking.com - it's easier to get blood out of a stone ... avoid at all costs !

Email recieved same day as check advising hotel closed!!
Cons:

Received an email at lunchtime on the day of checkin that due to illness the hotel was closed. Then trying to get a refund was a right rigmarole!! Things happen- refund should have been instant and telephone call made not an email - I don’t normally check my personal emails when at work and I wouldn’t have found out until I arrived at the hotel at 9pm!! Very poor customer service . Even if cheapest offer will not use venue again.
