Vile
Pros:

Nothing was disgraceful

Cons:

absolutely nothing it was vile badly disgusting condemmed underneath the hotel was just rubbisb and it smelt so deadly it
The staff were horrible
Shouted at us when we asked for our deposit out back all because we was a hour late at chekout but that was inly because me and my boyfriend were trging to find the staff to leave and get our deposit but they were no where not at the front desk we was shouting walked round no where then came and gave us pure abuse the man there tried threatening my boyfriend and coming towards him
The wonen was screaming being racially abuse by saying you english basterds and alot more abuse as soon as we phone the police they gave us our deposit fast

They should not own a hotel

Cons:

Scruffy, dirty, run down, damaged, no tv remote, smells.they shouldn't have the hotel, the dining room and bar/games room should not be on the site as they have never been used and never intend to use them. Its a disgusting place

It was like an homeless shelter
Pros:

I definitely do not recommend two anyone it was so bed Iwe tried to book elsewhere. But it was all booked definitely not clean definitely not even tidy inside or out. We wouldn’t even get a shower it was that dirty.

Cons:

There was nothing to like. I have put on photos of the outside the green place is next door. I’ve never seen so much dirt and rubbish.

Get what you pay for, never again
Pros:

The only good thing was in was over the road from the winter gardens

Cons:

Everything, the sockets where coming off the wall, the was damp on the ceiling it smelt musty. I tried calling them in the morning to drop out suitcase off early no answer, the numbers the had up on the door where off aswell, they then wanted £20 deposit for the room key wasn't told it was cash only don't accept card payments, wallpaper coming off the walls.

I book a double room and the key was not working and there give us a single room with to beds the wardrobe was broken the kettle was dirty inside and had wood bordes on the bed and had rubbish under the bed xxxx
