Complete lack of communication and place looked a dump anyway!

Cons:

I got to the property and it was closed. There was people living there and I was told nothing! A couple living there got in touch with someone, but not the owner, they told me to say id be able to get a refund. Not that helps considering I had to try and book elsewhere, wasting time and money on booking on the same day! This should be removed from bookin.com and myself compensated.

Pros:

It had a door and was close to town

Cons:

Had to be evacuated out to another hotel due to bad maintenance

Perfect location , great value , comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location next to winter gardens , and carpark. bed comfortable and clean . Excellent value.

Cons:

Yes it needs decorating and carpets etc but for the money can’t complain .

Don't bother spending your money there
Pros:

Staff were excellent,Ziggy and the other lady were very kind and tried their best to help unfortunately there isn't much they could.There was no network or wifi throughout our stay which was very frustrating.You had to put the shower on from a separate unit to get it on.

Cons:

The carpets were very old and moldy,I couldn't use the kettle because of the level of scale inside and had to reside to using the microwave to boil water for tea which wa still in an awful state and l hope my kids don't get sick from it.The hotel management needs to do more about the structure of the place.Its not the staff's fault as they looked overworked and had to be everywhere which is impossible for one person to handle a hotel
